Otel ev sıcaklığında,yemekler şahane çok lezzetli,personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcı,odalar banyo pırıl pırıl tertemizdi.Özellikle mutfaktaki şefi kutluyoruz. Çok memnun kaldık.Rize ye gelirsek yine bu oteli tercih ederiz.İşletmeye teşekkürler.

Tecrübeli kadrosu ile Rize'nin en iyi otellerinden biri. Otel personelinin tedavisi dostça. Otel odaları çok temiz ve mükemmel. Otelin dizaynı ve odaları harika. Uçuş iptali sebebiyle , gece saat 22:00'de giriş yapıp, sabah saat 08:00'de çıkış yaptık. Kaldığımız oda 1.kattaydı ve sokak-trafik gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Camlar sıkı sıkı kapalı olmasına rağmen inanılmaz derecede ses geçiriyor. Araçlar sanki odanın içinden geçiyor. Dışarısı çok soğuk olmasına rağmen oda ısıtması yeterliydi. Oda/banyo tasarımı modern, yeniydi. Yatak başı sehpada lekeler vardı. Yatak ve banyo temiz gözüküyordu. Kahvaltı çeşitli, temiz ve yeterliydi.

Rize merkezde en yeni acılan yer , her taraf çok temiz di , kahvaltı acık büfe ve çok çeşit vardı Her yerede çok yakın , avm - sahil hepsi yürüme mesafesinde idi , günü birlik yaylaları turlarla gezdik akşam otele döndük.

Çok hoş bir şehir oteli. Havuz, spa vs yok. Fakat odaların tasarımını çok beğendim. Banyo derzlerinin arasına yerleştirilen ışıklandırma bence çok yaratıcı bir fikir. Odalar temiz kahvaltısı doyurucu. Tek handikapı banyo biraz ufak. Fakat gezdiğim konaklama tesisleri içinde üst sıralarda yer aldı. Otel yönetimini tebrik ederim.
