The room overlooking the carpark was quite comfortable. We had two single beds, even though we are a couple. The room and bathroom are spacious but cold and the heating was very slow. Our package included lunch or dinner and we opted for.lunch which was awful - we have had better meals in a bar: the food was nearly cold and tasteless; the white and ted wines were both very basic vins de table and quite rough. The staff were rushed and quite inept at serving beyond just serving and removing plates. For a 4-star hotel, this is cemetery overrated. We haven't yet been to the Spa or had breakfast, but my expectations are very low. This was a birthday gift, and it's a memory we will do our best to forget, sadly. The views are the only thing going for it,really, and maybe the comfort of the rooms in the Summer.

Es un lugar con encanto. Trato excepcional. Y atención al detalle. Muy recomendable el spa. La cena fue buena y abundante. Habitaciones amplias y ambiente excelente. El lugar merece una visita. Entorno muy bonito y cerca de la playa y la montaña

Un lugar para desconectar, el trato del personal las instalaciones exquisito todo. Un acierto total con familia o en pareja. Repetiría seguro. La cafetería con una ajustas increíbles y la piscina, el restaurante también ofrece muy buenas cenas a precio justo.

Somos clientes desde hace muchos años y acudimos de manera esporádica al spa y restaurante.El restaurante genial ,todo rico y abundante ,un sitio agradable.El spa es la segunda vez que notamos frío.Sensacion de frío al entrar al agua ,que después te acostumbras e incluso la sauna sin suficiente temperatura al entrar.La primera vez pensamos que era un problema puntual pero veo que no .Deberían regular la temperatura ,en un spa hay que tener más sensación de confort.Es una pena porque es un lugar con mucho encanto y ésto le resta atractivo.

Un coin de paradis dans les hauteurs du nord de l'Espagne, très agréable en famille dans un village rustique très charmant. Le personne y est très agréable et le restaurant très bien. Il y a de grandes chambres familiales. Un coin de calme à refaire.

Hola,nos hospedamos mi mujer y yo el fin de semana..las instalaciones..la comida..el desayuno.. perfecto, estupendo..el spa..regular..y luego hemos cogido para masaje descontracturante en pareja..para la espalda.y ha sido PESIMO..MALO... MALÍSIMO...la chica todavía...pero el chico😡..no salió ni a despedirse,muy amable y buenas palabras..pero dar masaje...NPI
