Top (healthy) breakfast options, conveniently located (although not too close to the lake), easily accessible parking facilities and very friendly services. Enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back next time!

Firstly to say the staff were amazing , Jordan could not be kinder . We travelled with The travel Department in Dublin . I’m sorry to say, this hotel is not related to 4 star which we paid extra ,to be eaten alone with Mosquitoes , the room was infested , when I complained to the lady housekeeper , she told me there is always a problem in 209 as water fountain close to our room So nothing was done , I went to the Supermarket to but Raid spray , I had to spray everything every day The room was not fit for backpackers passing through . No background music , no AC in Bar or ground floor , not a fan to be seen with temperature over 30 I could go on forever The Travel Department has a lot to answer for Rest my case Total waste of hard earned money Never again with that company I’m sorry for long Rany

Overall the hotel was decent, bedrooms big, comfortable and spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel. It's in a convenient part of the lake, easy walk to riva in 40 mins. Staff all very polite and hard working, despite the unpredictable moody manager🙄. Breakfast was reasonable but the one thing that disappointed was the evening meals in the restaurant. Hit and miss, possibly two different chefs?. Through the week a couple were delicious, a couple almost inedible, and the rest nothing special. Given the price paid to travel department and the fact it is in Italy were food is incredible everywhere else, the food here is a huge let down. Special thanks to waiter Jordan, a very polite, if sometimes over efficient waiter, barman, and everything else in between (the lad never stops) one thing Jordan, please go sit down and let people eat without feeling rushed!! ! Nothing worse than someone constantly walking up and down(with squeaky shoes too) and whipping plates from under your nose as soon as you take the last bite!! Tbh I think the lad would be eaten alive by said grumpy manager if seen to be sitting down for 5 minutes!! Again overall good experience.

Travelled with Travel Department from Ireland. The biggest problem with this hotel was the manager. The most obnoxious man we have ever met. When we, and other guests, politely asked for some help with various things, all he could gulder out was " Its impossible". He had our rooms air con set at 27 degrees at night, via his computer. So guests cooking alive at night in that heat - some forced to open windows and therefore get eaten alive by mosquitoes. He was very rude openly to his staff. He wasn't aware i speak Italian, and gave his staff a real hard time needlessly. All his staff were superb especially Jordan the waiter. Cleaners were excellent. Serious health and safety risks - my room had a socket hanging out of wall. My a/c control was fitted upside down. Pics attached. The food was so and so, very limited, coffee sat at table was like dishwater. Fantastic genuine Italian restaurants nearby thankfully. On plus side we had an incredible view from room ( facing river). Our room was quiet and clean. All staff excellent ( apart from Mr Impossible). The location was excellent. With a change of manager, this hotel would be much better. All guests i spoke with agreed with me. I cannot recommend until that happens.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of a touring holiday in the region. Hotel is in a great location and was clean with comfortable rooms & excellent views from the room we were in. Unfortunately the food (we were half-board) was terrible. We ate dinner here on 2 nights - we decided after the second one that we would not endure it any more. Part of the Italy experience should be enjoying good food - and this was certainly not the case. Really disappointing given the reviews this hotel had in regard to food. I appreciate that they were only opening for the season and they were a little disorganised, but it does not excuse the quality and quantity of the food on offer. Breakfast was passable, but just about. Limited choice and quantity on offer. I did start this review with 3 stars but changed it to 2 the more I thought about this. We were fortunate that we had some extra money with us so we could go out for dinner elsewhere. I felt for the other patrons who may not have been in our position and had to suffer poor quality and small portions when so much was promised. Would not recommend this hotel on the food grounds alone.

We recently returned from a stay at Hotel Piccolo Mondo in Torbole. I booked only 4 days before arrival so it was very last minute, but I was amazed with how incredibly helpful Cinzia (receptionist) was in answering my queries before we came. I was travelling alone with my 2 sons. Cinzia was exceptional in ensuring we got the right room for us (my son has lots of allergies) and Cinzia was also so helpful in giving advice on how to get to the hotel from Verona airport on public transport. All the staff were lovely, but Cinzia was stand-out and just went above and beyond. The room we had which was on the top floor was very clean and bright and cleaned every day to a high standard which was wonderful and appreciated by us. The corridors to the rooms and stairs however weren't very clean, so this could definitely be improved upon and they could do with a refurbishment/new carpets perhaps. We sadly had 2 nights out of our 4 nights with cold/tepid showers (we showered at around 11pm). I was told it was because of the time we showered that the water wasn't hot (but clearly this is not acceptable for the price paid and just not acceptable in any hotel that you cannot have a hot/warm shower at any time). On the whole we did really enjoy our stay in this wonderful area of Lake Garda and this hotel, and in particular the wonderful Cinzia! She made our stay very special and personal and she is a huge asset to the hotel. Thank you so much Cinzia for making our first trip to Lake Garda so amazing! xxx

Excellent hotel with great location (close to the lake, close to the city center ... and, what is most important for my children, with excellent Italian ice cream just behind the corner). Excellent and very friendly staff. Excellent and tasty food. We had one problem only - too short stay. We look forward to stay here next summer ❤️

We have just returned from an 11 night stay, half board at the Hotel Piccolo Mondo with our 3 year old child booked through TUI. The flight was 1 hour 55 minutes and the transfer took just over an hour - don't let you put that off though! From start to finish the hotel was amazing, I cannot recommend it highly enough! Room - we stayed in room 225 and had a lovely mountain view, the room had a mini bar, double and single bed, balcony, plenty of coat hangers and storage for clothes, air con and TV. Perfectly clean and had maid service every day. Food - one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to the reviews about the food, we are both foodies and it did not disappoint! Our worst nightmare is an all inclusive buffet all you can eat type hotel so having a waiter served 4 course meal every night with the most amazing Italian food was right up our street! I will include a few photos! My daughter loved the food, if there wasn't something she fancied it was no problem at all for her to be cooked some pasta or spaghetti. Breakfast was great, and had the usual selection; served from 7am-10am. We ate in various restaurants for lunch depending on where we were, there is a really nice restaurant just opposite the hotel. Location - this was our very first time visiting Lake Garda and it will certainly not be our last, we loved everything about it. Torbole is a fantastic place to stay with so much going on for families, my husband took his mountain bike and went on some of best bike rides he has ever been on - there are many places in Torbole which provide shuttle services to the top of the mountains, you just book the day before. There is a separate locked room to store your bike and equipment in. Everywhere you go people are riding around on bikes, and you can borrow bikes from the hotel. We walked in to Riva many times, it takes approx 40 minutes - Riva is much bigger but we preferred Torbole without a doubt. Transport - there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with regular buses to Riva, Malcesine, Arco and other towns in the North of the lake. We used the ferries also to travel around, however the bus is much cheaper and quicker dependent on where you are going. Things to do - we went on the Cable Car up Monte Baldo which was amazing, did the Panoramic walk which is a must, took the ferry to Limone, visited the waterfall in Verone, there was a festival with fireworks one night in Riva, mini golf opposite the hotel, my husband hired a paddle board and canoe on the lake which he enjoyed - there is so much to do! The swimming pool was generally quiet, it has a separate children's pool too. Staff - every single member of staff was lovely, you were greeted every time you walked past reception and the waiters and waitresses were lovely. The reception staff were more than happy to print out bus timetables and information for us. Feel free to message me if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to answer them. We can't wait t
