Wonderful stay at Ripa Relais, which we would consider an upscale agriturismo. We spent 5 nights at Ripa Relais during the sizzling July weather across Italy and yet it was noticeably cooler here than the other cities we visited. Great views from the Ripa Relais swimming pool across the Chiasco river valley to Assisi. We were on half-board so had (delicious!) dinners ready every evening after returning from our day trips. The National 318 road is right down the hill from Ripa Relais so when the wind turns you can hear some of the traffic but that did not bother us and the road is convenient to rapidly reach other cities. From Ripa Relais, we were able to make day trips even as far as Orvieto, with closer cities being Spoleto, Montefalco, Assisi and of course Perugia which is 20 minutes away by car. Family-owned. Big thank-you to all the staff as the place was quite full and the summer season in full swing but they were all in cheerful and helpful disposition.

Courteous and professional staff, excellent dinner, enjoyed an excellent massage at the spa, but several notes to make. The place is very close to a noisy highway and to Perugia airport, with some planes (luckily few flights) landing over the structure. The junior suite booked was small, and the air conditioning did not work, on a very hot day. Having pointed out the inconvenience late in the evening, we were offered an upgrade replacement only the following morning and following our desire to leave the facility. Sin.

Una struttura incantevole e in posizione ideale per visitare alcune delle località più belle dell' Umbria. Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia compagna e, in considerazione della calda estate, abbiamo optato per una vacanza dedicata esclusivamente al relax avendo a disposizione una bella e perfettamente manutenuta piscina con ombrelloni assegnati alla stanza della struttura. Ho soggiornato in una junior suite ampia, pulita e curata negli arredamenti. Assolutamente da provare il ristorante - abbiamo scelto il trattamento in mezza pensione nonostante qualche iniziale perplessità iniziale frutto di non soddisfacenti esperienze precedenti - in cui è palese una attenzione particolare alla qualità dei prodotti. In una parola ottimo. La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti una SPA molto ben tenuta e con personale professionale. Infine, una menzione particolare merita lo staff, nella sua interezza, per la gentilezza, disponibilità e la professionalità.

Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Adatto a tutte le stagioni in quanto offre ogni tipo di servizio, dalla piscina esterna ,alla spa al ristorante e angoli relax. Super consigliato per chi cerca qualità, raffinatezza e pace e silenzio. Staff preparato.

Abbiamo dedicato gli ultimi 4 giorni del 2024 all' Umbria.Giornate piene per visitare i comuni più belli ed interessanti ed il Ripa Relais è stata la migliore scelta per centralità ma soprattutto per la piacevolezza della struttura,pulita elegante ,completa di piccola spa e massaggio piacevole.Camera bella,funzionale pur nella semplicità e prodotti da bagno ottimi e naturali.La disponibilità e gentilezza del personale tutto hanno contribuito al benessere del soggiorno,ma il vero fiore all occhiello secondo me e'la ristorazione nel ristorante l Arna dove viene servita anche una ottima prima colazione.ci torneremo

La mia esperienza e giudizio si riferisce solo alla private spa e al massaggio di coppia che abbiamo fatto. Bellissima location, molto curata e massaggio molto piacevole. Suggerimenti personali: Avrei gradito dopo la spa, poter fare una doccetta... Prima del massaggio. Anche un po' "antipatico" dover spostare gli abiti dallo spogliatoio alla sala massaggio...

Dopo essere già stato in questo relais qualche anno fa siamo tornati io e la mia compagna in occasione di Eurochocolate,abbiamo prenotato una junior suite con doccia e vasca idromassaggio,bagno molto grande e fornito di set cortesia completo,letto molto comodo,peccato x il wifi un po ballerino e x la pulizia nn proprio perfetta😒la spa di cui abbiamo usufruito piccolina ma veramente carina e completa👍ottimo il massaggio al cioccolato che era compreso nel pacchetto e il personale gentile e disponibile x ogni richiesta☺️a presto magari in estate per provare la vostra piscina🤗

Tutto meravigliosamente eccellente ,spa compresa la camera pulita e tutto ordinato e curato .farei un po’ più accurata la colazione …però un posto cui tornerò presto personale molto gentile …peccato per la piscina esterna che non era ancora agibile
