10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!)
Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases.
Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!)
Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back.
Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!

Shuttle service ,driver ,check in counter’s and restaurant’s staff were very good and friendly, room was clean and comfortable , I had a very good experience to stay in this hotel.
