全木質酒店，挺喜歡body wash的味道花110刀買了一瓶，挺好聞的，就是一次性拖鞋和牙刷需要打電話要，記住要牙膏，不然衹給你一把木質牙刷，隔音效果挺好的，我覺得除了地理位置的話，吊打W酒店了

非常sustainable的酒店😂忘帶牙膏了打電話説沒有牙膏提供 $650CAD➕一晚的價格瓶裝水居然也收費$7一瓶 沒有任何備品但是有收費Amenity Fee $29一晚..有1.5語
服務態度還可以 健身房沒有view 泳池就夏天開幾個月 最近維修樓頂bar也不開 攜程上訂的含雙早的價格其實就是每天有$60的breakfast credit 價格略貴 實際吃下來一個人就要$60 超出的部分和tax要額外補 味道中規中矩

The housekeeping staff first emptied my trash bin and then, without washing her hands, proceeded to make my bed. This made me very concerned about the hygiene standards of your hotel. I couldn’t even sleep well that night because I felt the bed linens were unclean.

Excellent experience staying at 1 hotel. Very clean hotel and very attentive staff with easy communication via text. Loud neighbours partying in middle of night next door keeping us up but as soon as we notified the hotel staff they ensured the problem was resolved quickly.

Amazing Stay!
I spent 6 fabulous nights at the 1 Hotel Toronto and was sad to leave. The service is outstanding and makes it stand out as a premier place to stay. The restaurant options are fantastic as well.

We had a great experience from check in with Shemar to the pool, Harriet’s and our beautiful room. The only thing we would recommend is a full length mirror in our room. We will be back!
