I’m all for standardization, as long as it’s premium & this place was great.
Spacious, clean, well-lit room and bathroom.
Helpful staff and service. Good breakfast.
Location is walkable from the downtown area (650m). Plenty of restaurants on a walking distance.
Spacious and well equipped fitness area.
Overall our stay was pleasant.

It's a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice. It has perfect location, convenient parking (paid ~$50/night though). There is 24/7 coffee, tea in the dining area next to the lobby.
We had a room on the 6 floor, new and clean (room itself and the bathroom), the view from the room was also nice.
Beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. There was refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Hotel provided very nice breakfast!
Staff on the reception was nice except for one girl. When we tried to check in, she said we have to provide credit card, we told her that we have debit card or cash ( to leave as a deposit). Her reply was - then you can change the hotel, there is plenty nearby. (BTW, the room was prepaid online already).
Other than that girl everything was great!

I stayed for 1 night, I had a very good experience. I arrived to the hotel quite early, but the employees in the reception were very kind, so they checked if my room is ready, and eventually I could check in earlier than expected. The room was clean and comfortable - it was a little bit cold though, but the heating worked properly, so I could make it warm pretty soon. I needed to check out quite early in the morning, even before the breakfast has started, but the person at the reception could arrange some food for me to pack, I was really thankful for him and the kitchen crew. I can recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not hesitate coming back in the future when I have the chance.

Very nice!
Difficult to identify entrance from the street, and check in is unclear and up a bunch of stairs. Also bunch of stairs (no ramp for disabled or luggage) from $50 parking garage.
Room is very nice - roomy and uncluttered. Only seating is 1 desk chair. Bathroom is huge and beautiful and wonderfully appointed!
Only interaction was on check in - very friendly and quick and professional.
Overall = Excellent but unsuitable for seniors or those with physical challenges.

Nice hotel, very good location, clean, friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast normal. I like the coffee and tea bar. Keeping you warm when you come back at the hotel after a cold journey outside.
