Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel. The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them! Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly. House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

by Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance. The girl at the front desk is very elegant. Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good.

Nice hotel at good location near subway & tram with many restaurants around. Hotel also provided cookies upon check in which was nice. The room however was rather small.

The location is very good. Take the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union Station for three stops, then transfer to the subway for two stops to Queen Station, and walk for three or four minutes. Walk through the Eaton Center to the City Hall. Behind the hotel is Haidilao, which is really delicious and affordable compared to Western food. Dundas Square, Miniature Canada, and the cheap supermarket Dollarama are also four or five minutes away on foot. It is also very convenient to take the tram to the attractions. After 7 o'clock, go to Burger King behind the hotel for breakfast, and you can also get drinking water. The room is clean and tidy. You can vaguely hear the hourly bell of the old City Hall. If you need to clean the room, tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned. There are towels, toothbrush cups, paper towels, coffee machines, hair dryers, hangers, but nothing else, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kettles, etc. The cover photo of Ctrip is the old house theater next to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a high-rise building.

I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the dorm (mixed genders ) is clean and everything's functional. Great breakfast service and shared spaces !
