I’m booked this hotel via their website with free cancellation. I emailed them 4 times to cancel the booking as I had to cancel trip Due to illness ! I called them as well ! Despite this they have charged me 113 pounds ! I have tried to speak to the receptionist but she hasn’t s adamant they never received emails ?? I have proof !! However, she states the electricity is down and she can’t view anything ! It’s appalling how dare they take my money !!! DONT STAY HERE

This hotel never disappoints.The staff are very professional and service is generally instant.The breakfast is fresh and has a wide choice of dishes.The hotel is kept immaculately clean as are bedrooms,Bar prices are good and service is prompt.My only criticism would be that air con in room wouldn't go very low

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. Most of the staff have worked here since the hotel was bought by BQ on 2011. A family experience, if you want it. My family have visited this hotel for many years and standards stay the same. Good food, caring people on a great location.

Great location near the beach , easy walk to bars and restaurants . Hotel staff friendly and helpful , rooms comfortable all amenities that you require are there and our outside terrace was good with a beach view . Pool was lovely and there were enough beds by the pool at the time of year we visited

A really nice and clean hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beach, beautiful tiled promenade and many bars and restaurants were within a two minute walk away. The pool and surrounding area were small, but there were ample sunbeds and parasols. I would definitely stay at this hotel again as it was excellent value for the rate paid.

Stay was OK, nothing special. No tea/ coffee making facilities in our room. The room also lacked electrical sockets for charging phones, etc. You had to reach behind the TV to access them apart from one socket next to the bed.On checking out, the receptionist did not enquire as to " how was our stay.

Superb hotel not a fault at all....staff were great...rooms cleaned everyday whilst on our 4 day trip....been 3 times now....skybar is great....booking for next year👍👍👍👍❤️coming for the airshow next year.....beach is a two minute walk and ten minutes to bars and restraunt....we love torre del mar

Great location near the beach. Lots of free parking. Very clean comfortable room. Great bed. Lots of choice breakfast and dinner buffet. Particularly liked the salad bar which changed daily. Warm welcome by all staff. We had a free cocktail in the roof bar because we joined the hotel chain and booked directly on their website.

Great hotel. Fantastic beach front location, walking distance to everything including some stunning Beach bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. The staff were superb, very helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent. Continental or British. Great quality and loads to choose from. The sky bar was a nice touch for that last drink of the night. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.
