Non consigliato. È manicata comunicazione su indicazioni di arrivo. Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori nonostante fossimo arrivati entro le ore 19 , dopo le 20 c’è un supplemento. in sede abbiamo scoperto che è un self check-in. E non c’è nessuno. Camere minimali spartane, umida la nostra, con pessima vista. Personale poco disponibile e pressoché assente . Mancavano le coperte, a metà settembre faceva già fresco. A prima vista mancava anche il copriletto. Che poi era ben stipato nella parte alta del mobile, non visibile dalla posizione eretta. richiedendolo telefonicamente al personale ci è stato detto di andare a prendercelo nella camera 1 ( camera al momento vuota). Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Posto auto coperto, a pagamento, tuttavia estremamente disagevole l’ingresso che va fatto in pendenza, con pilastri sporgenti e in retromarcia. Non ne abbiamo poi usufruito. Unico pregio pulizia lodevole. Frigorifero mignon rumoroso

Alcuni mesi fa abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale in questa struttura, perché dalle foto pubblicate ci era sembrato un ambiente accogliente e curato.A settembre abbiamo avuto una camera matrimoniale molto piccola e accanto al letto un mini frigorifero rumoroso da non dormire la notte.Subito lo abbiamo fatto notare alla Signora Veronica e ha risposto che non c'erano altre camere disponibili ,purtroppo abbiamo constatato che non era vero.Alla partenza la Signora non ha avuto neanche il buon gusto e l'educazione di dire "mi dispiace per l 'inconveniente".Prezzo troppo alto da hotel a 4 stelle (senza colazione inclusa) non assolutamente adeguato alla camera carente pure di altri accessori (cuffia ,portasapone).Bellissima località, ma struttura sconsigliata.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, vicina ai vari lidi, alle spiagge libere e ai locali. Le stanze sono ben arredate e pulite. Ogni mattina la stanza viene pulita in modo impeccabile e vengono cambiati gli asciugamani. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile. Lo consiglio

È una struttura meravigliosa, pulita, silenziosa e vicinissima a tutto!! Consigliatissima sia per coppie che famiglie. Una nota di merito straordinaria per la disponibilità ad accogliere la prenotazione la sera prima del soggiorno tramite telefono.

La struttura è davvero ben curata e pulita. Siamo stati accolti con cordialità e disponibilità. Ci hanno messo a disposizione un servizio gratuito di minibar, con acqua e succhi che, dopo la stanchezza del viaggio e considerata la calura estiva, sono stati veramente apprezzati. La camera era ampia, silenziosa, luminosa e ben arredata. La struttura si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Torre dell'orso e vicinissima a locali e ristoranti. Molto utile anche il servizio parcheggio. Siamo rimasti soltanto tre giorni, ma avremmo volentieri esteso il soggiorno. Torneremo!
