Staff were FANTASTIC Couldn’t do enough for us. 1st room BEAUTIFUL VIEW of beach & was spacious unfortunately air conditioner decided to go on vacation too so we were moved to a 2nd room. Shower in 1st room was not good because was low on pressure couldn’t wash your hair properly. 2nd room shower pressure was how it should be. Breakfast is included & was a standard European breakfast. Milk, yoghurts, butters & water not kept cold only put in a container with ice pack.

This hotel is in a nice location but could use new beds. They are the thin IKEA type foam mattresses so it is hard to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is ok but the hotel is so hot. They have some very small air conditioner for the breakfast room but they leave the door open so any cold air just flows out. It’s hard to enjoy breakfast when the room is boiling.

Hotel Melissa was a one-nighter on an extended road trip through Southern Italy - and definitely worth the stop. It was our 44th wedding anniversary that day, and the Hotel delivered on my request for Red Roses in the room on arrival (which I paid in advance for, of course), but they added an elaborate towel-swan creation on the bed, with a garland of hearts ( which I had not arranged for) making our arrival more special. The beautiful beach was empty…..but the sand was warm, and the water was inviting (I did go in !…brrrrr) The hotel restaurant served an excellent meal (we had arranged half-board) and breakfast was yummy.

We have stayed here several times and it is always a pleasure.. the owners are very involved and the staff is very pleasant and professional. The rooms are very clean and the sea view is beautiful! The food in the dining room is delicious! We will be back!

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in Torre Melissa direkt am Meer. Großer, sicherer Parkplatz am Hotel. Moderne Rezeption, es wird fließend englisch und deutsch gesprochen. 40 große Zimmer, teilweise mit herrlichem Meerblick, alles picobello sauber. Effektive Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Fahrstuhl in die beiden Zimmeretagen. Es handelt sich um ein familiengeführtes Hotel. Angeboten wird ein umfangreiches Frühstück mit sehr viel frischem Obst, Joghurt, Brot, Croissants, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Säfte und guten Heißgetränken. Umsichtiges, sehr freundliches und zugewandtes Personal überall. Über die Hotelterrasse geht es an den Strand, dort sind Fuß- und Körperduschen installiert. Sonnenschirme und -liegen direkt am Hotel. Exzellentes Restaurant im Hotel und auf der Terrasse, von Gästen und vielen Einheimischen besucht. Sehr moderates Preisniveau.

Quest'estate a rendere ancora più gradevole il nostro soggiorno a Torre Melissa (KR) è stata la riscoperta dell'hotel "Melissa" e del suo ristorante "Il delfino". Il design elegante di questa struttura, combinato con i suoi servizi molto professionali, lo collocano tra le eccellenze della zona. Al ristorante oltre alla sala interna si può fruire di un'ampia ed elegante terrazza in cui trascorrere serate indimenticabili, avvolti nel chiarore di luna in riva al mare. In quest'atmosfera magica e accogliente il personale, competente e disponibile, è sempre attento e disposto a fornire anche ottimi consigli. Il menù offre una deliziosa gamma di piatti, tutti sapientemente realizzati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata in riva al mare ed al servizio eccellente, le nostre serate sono state davvero memorabili. L'hotel "Melissa" ed il ristorante "Il Delfino" sono ormai diventati la nostra scelta preferita per tutte le volte che ci rechiamo in zona. Non potremmo mai raccomandarli abbastanza, magari anche solo per una fantastica esperienza culinaria. Consigliatissimo anche per un'ottima pizza!" Un ringraziamento particolare al personale direttivo, in special modo a Mariangela e Michele per il loro elegante "savoir-faire" e per la loro disponibilità, con cui hanno ulteriormente allietato le nostre serate con simpatica e spensierata compagnia.

Terrazza spettacolare sul mare. Cena a base di pesce. Antipasto misto di mare ottimo (un piatto va bene per due). Abbiamo preso una frittura e un tonno scottato. Il tonno leggermente salato ma indubbiamente qualità alta. Abbiamo preso anche un primo di carne con porcini freschi e si sentivano, ed un primo di pesce ottimo. Sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti. Prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo preso e bevuto. Personale molto gentile.

La location è gradevole, tavoli con vista sul mare e questo grigio hotel alle spalle. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti misti, composti da 8 diversi assaggi di mare, e delle buone cozze. Tutto apprezzato. Poi qualcuno ha scelto una buona tagliata di tonno, altri una grigliata, non molto fantasiosa, o una discreta frittura mista. Complessivamente una buona cena, classica secondo gli standard della zona e senza guizzi di fantasia. Il servizio ha i soliti problemi di lentezza, anche a causa dell’affollamento del ristorante. Conto corretto.
