Good location. About 15 minutes from the airport. Very close and walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was superb. Good selection and catered for all dietary requirements. Love the fact you could have cava for breakfast. Just add some orange juice to make a mimosa. Stayed on the 10th floor with a partial Seaview, and the view was stunning. The pool area was lovely, but it is not a heated pool.I would recommend this hotel.

In terms of staff, I found it very weak. Check-in time took too long. Lack of friendliness among reception staff. And the same goes for the breakfast room staff. Not very friendly and with an apparent lack of desire/pride/interest in doing a job with sympathy and attention to the guest.
One last issue that I don't understand is that hotel guests do not have the right (without having to pay) to the reserved/exclusive area.
Strange, especially because it is a resort, where guests normally have full access to all areas.

It was nice, but it's a pity that you have to pay 25 euros to check in earlier and 15 euros per hour to check out later, which adds up if you have a late flight, it's better to book an extra night.
