Fab location and very friendly, helpful staff. No sunlight in in my room just the industrial fun noise… from the wall against next door building. sheets were all over the beds once you’ve moved. We’ve change them but the same story happened again. Huge room - we danced there 🤪 rather bare and empty but specious. Good deal for the price if you want to crush in the heart of the centre ☺️

Peter was very kind at the reception, the price comparing to quality is perfect. I had a great night. the place is busy so maybe during the week end there is some noise but it didnt bother me, the room is clean and simple. they have balcony thanks to the Team

The staff were pleasant but… the rooms are very misleading the photos do not show the wood chip walls, the overpainted skirting boards, the ill fitting blinds and windows that don’t shut fully. The toilet seat that’s incorrectly attached to the toilet. Also what you can’t tell is that the walls are PAPER THIN, you can literally hear the full conversations of your neighbours, the whole place smells of cigarette smoke.

The first experience already from the outside of the hotel was repulsive. The building is in its' original shape somewhere from late 60s or early 70s. Reception staff was friendly, however finding my reservation on their systems took ages. The room then - bed (quite comfy), a table, towels and shower gels provided. The walls have been made of paper as every single click from the neighbour or outside comes through. Not even drinking glasses provided by the hotel. And yet they charge the normal hotel room price in this place. Not gonna stay another night in this place.

I only stayed here for one night to be closer to the airport for an early flight. I’m so glad I didn’t spend any longer here. The person behind the front desk seemed totally disinterested in us. Somebody approached whilst we were checking in (perhaps another member of staff) and they were having a good chat whilst we were being checked in, which didn’t make us feel welcome or that we had their full attention . However, they did book us a taxi for an early morning pick up which was very efficient, and whoever was on the night shift when we checked out at 3.45 in the morning was much more engaged with us. The lift was rickety and the stairs were steep. The balcony door didn’t close properly. The bed was broken and wobbled loudly every time I moved even a tiny bit. However, I have to say the room was clean so at least there was that. No complimentary water or any nice touches like that. The worst part for me was the outside noise, but then I suppose if you’re staying in a hotel in the centre, what do you expect? We had to be up at 3.15 for an early flight, but the noise (drums, street dancers etc) went on until midnight at least. Not helped by the fact the balcony door doesn’t close properly. To be honest, even when we got up at 3.15am some noise was still going. You can also hear absolutely every noise from the next room and above. So I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you need to be up early the next day!

It was only myself and one other friend that went and we are two girls in our early 20s, the door to the balcony did not close properly so we had to put a table against at night. Our last night there our neighbours who were two older men were looking over into our room and jumped into our balcony and started banging on our door, this is obviously very scary and upsetting especially since it was just us. this is absolutely no reflection on the staff as they were all very nice, the towels were also stained and there was writing all over our bathroom door, will not be back

I just checked out of this hotel at around 11.00am I was suppose to stay a little longer but the clerk at the desk was so rude and dishonest his was engaged on his laptop not even acknowledging my presence for at least good 5 minutes without greetings .Upon checking I was quoted the rate of €50.00 per night for the 3 night by the previous clerk today I was asked to pay for today €50.00 for today and €95.00 for tomorrow .My advise is to get it in writing and avoid this guys

The house of horrors. Dirty hotel, bed with broken legs. No hot water, noisy inside and outside the hotel. Broken blinds and windows from the 1960s, broken and uninsulated. Dirt, diapers, pads, and canned bags accumulated under the window. Bad smells in the rooms and hallways. On their WAP site, there are photos of garden areas and a pool that aren't from that hotel. Why are they lying? I don't recommend it to anyone. Because I don't want anyone to go through this ordeal.

English: I stayed in this hotel for three nights and, unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel has an excellent central location, very convenient for getting around the city. The price is definitely low, and the room I was assigned was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, which allows both heat and cold, which I particularly appreciated. In addition, they offer a free service to leave your luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Another positive aspect was the kindness of the cleaning boy. Unfortunately, however, kindness is not enough, as the cleanliness was a great disappointment. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, with the fixtures visibly stained and neglected, with hair everywhere. The towels were never changed, but only folded and the same was true for the bathroom mat. The feeling that everything used in the bathroom had been left in a precarious hygienic state made me feel very uncomfortable. The fact that there was no mini bar in the room also contributed to making the stay less comfortable. Despite the location and the competitive price, the lack of cleanliness made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I understand that it is a 3-star hotel, but the idea that the wipes could have been used by someone else was really unpleasant, as was the fact that the rest of the environment did not seem to be adequately sanitized. I would not recommend this hotel.
