The hotel is located in a very touristy and crowded area. Also, it's very difficult to find a spot to park your car - the hotels description says that they have parking but actually there are only 9 spots available for guests. Receptionists are very slow and disorganized.
Rooms are clean and nice.
Overall, the experience was below my expectations.

Hôtel magnifique! Calme, propre et charmant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses notamment les suites. Elles sont propres et le ménage est très bien fait. La piscine est bien entretenue, cáleme et des transats disponibles tous les jours. Le snack est vraiment de qualité à la piscine. Les repas sont variés, riches et de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien. Toutefois, les horaires sont justes. Le restaurant ferme à l’heure indiqué soit 10h30 et 21h30. C’est le seul point négatif. Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent. Daniel a la réception est adorable tout comme la réceptionniste qui parle français. L’hôtel se trouve au bord de la palme et à proximité de tous les bars et restaurants. Des activités et excursions sont proposées pour les enfants ainsi qu’un mini club. Hôtel vraiment haut de gamme et qui répond à tous les attentes pour de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande à 100%
