Hotel Zafra canceló nuestra reservacion una semana antes del eclipse, dejandonos con vuelos llegando y saliendo de Torreon, pero sin ningúna opcion de encontar hospedaje tan cerca al evento-cada habitacion y vuelo dentro de cientos de kilómetros del camino del eclipse está reservada. In any other situation this would have been a minor inconvenience, but in this situation, they ruined our experience in Torreon, costing us a fortune and tarnishing Torreon's reputation. They should be reported and punished for their horrible treatment of their clients.
