Hemos estado alojados 18 huéspedes en un viaje familiar, a las 8:00 h de la mañana nos despiertan ruidos de taladros, arrastrando en el piso de encima( tejado) no sabíamos entonces qué, pero eran placas solares. Bajamos a quejarnos y en vez de disculparse nos dicen que sólo ha sido un taladro mentira!! A pesar de habernos quejado, al día siguiente de nuevo a la 8:00 h de la mañana nos despiertan múltiples ruidos arrastrando cosas. Bajamos en ese momento a quejarnos paran pero a las 9:00 empieza de nuevo el taladro. Increíble!! Cuando bajo a poner la hoja de reclamaciones y leen este mismo texto es la primera vez que se disculpan ro no dejan de justificar lo que ha pasado. No lo recomiendo para nada!!

Habitación simple con cuarto de baño muy limpio. Todo lo necesario. Se duerme fenomenal. Ningún ruido. El restaurante bar está justo abajo. La localización del hotel es sumamente fácil de encontrar. A diez minutos de Úbeda. Gasolina al lado. Personal muy bien. Sitio al cual volvería sin duda ninguna. De 10 por la relación calidad/precio.

Hago una reserva para el 29 de abril y la chica que me atendió que no tenía nada de experiencia ni profesionalidad se equivoca y me pone la reserva para el día 22. No me dan ninguna solución así que estoy sin habitación y sin ninguna solución por parte del hotel.

Todo excelente,limpieza,comida y la atención recibida,puntuación de 1 al 10 un 15. E estado en hoteles que tienen menos calidad y me sorprendió todo de una pensión,repetiré muy pronto y con más días,quiero dar las gracias a todo el personal.

Elijas lo que elijas de la carta esta todo buenisimo a igual que su menu diario, una de las raciones que mas me gustan son sus croquetas de carrillada, calidad-precio esta super bien el trato de los camareros es de 10 es un sitio para ir y repetir

Pablo nos atendió genial, simpático, agradable y disponible en su trabajo. Un desayuno delicioso y a buen precio. Además todo muy limpio y unas instalaciones muy bonitas. Digno de visitar si pasas por la maravillosa localidad de Torreperogil.
