Cascada Expediciones was exceptional! The EcoCamp was stunning and had everything we needed. We had the best guides through the park, Jean and Dani were truly amazing. We were lucky to have a great group with our skills fairly well matched, so the week flew by. I'm already missing it and wanting to go back! Highly recommend to anyone interested.

This place is phenomenal!! Absolute magic. The attention to detail, cozy domes, the care and knowledge that each staff provides, the beauty of the place, the options for expeditions, gourmet dining options, wifi detox, completely carbon neutral.. I could go on and on... Highly recommend!

This was a 7 Day W Trek in Patagonia. My sister and I stayed in an Eco Camp Dome with a washroom/shower, two beds and a sitting area. The beds were very very comfortable. The food was outstanding and abundant. The staff was very friendly. We both booked massages at different times and the therapist was exceptional and professional. We wanted to go to the free yoga but time did not allow with our hiking schedule. I heard from others that it was a good experience though. It was interesting to read about the Dome Design withstanding winds of 250 kms/hour. The camp has a board walk system, uses water fed from the mountains to generate electricity, actively composts and has a green house on site.

We are exceptionally happy with the experience our EcoCamp adventure turned into. I knew if I was going to get my wife to take part in a pretty much full on hiking holiday she was going to want to pampering and EcoCamp did not disappoint. The staff service from our pick up driver in Punta Arenas, guides, wait and dining hall staff were nothing but the best. We did the W trek with 10 other people we did not know and two guides(that were fabulous). We hit the lottery with the 10 other people, and the weather for our trekking. Facilities were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. A couple things that would make it better would be a larger door to get in and out of our "standard" eco dome, and if EcoCamp would have made sure pillows were provided when we were away at the Refugio's. Food in camp was delicious for every meal with enough options to really fit anyone. We were a little unsure about having enough snacks on the trail, you need not worry as you mostly make your own lunch for a huge selection of items and can put together any amount of food you might want or need. Our bed in EcoCamp was very very comfortable...which after 15 miles of hiking you might really enjoy. It was easy to control the temperature of our dome and bathroom/showers were very close by. No shortage of hot water, and tap water was fine to drink. All the transport vehicles used by EcoCamp were clean and in good shape, drivers were safe and willing to stop and get photos at the best locations or for roadside animal sightings. I know many of things things sound good, but the best part was our two guides. We learned that for the W trek they use private contractors- So I'm going to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Tomas and Martin. They had never worked together before but you would not have know it. They did a superior job working with our "team" of hikers and connecting with each person every single day. They shared their love of Patagonia over and over. We thank EcoCamp for having the insight to hire these two, which created such a special experience for all of us.

EcoCamp is not just a beautiful retreat nestled in the stunning Torres del Paine National Park—it’s a place where adventure, friendships, great food, and lifelong memories come together. I visited with my wife and daughters (ages 13 and 17), and we had an amazing time. We disconnected from our busy lives, even going offline completely, and embraced self-imposed, challenging climbs that we conquered together. Beyond the adventure, we enjoyed the cozy domes, yoga sessions, and the warm camaraderie of the guides and staff. EcoCamp truly offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you plan to visit, I highly recommend preparing in advance—consider details like the type of dome, clothing/gear, transfer arrangements, physical fitness requirements, etc. It’s an adventure worth every bit of planning!

This was the first time me and my husband visited Chile. We stayed for 4 days at the ecocamp. We are so glad that we chose to stay here during our trip. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been too. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and extremely polite. They are always willing to help you, give recommendations regarding best places to visit. Everything in the camp is so well maintained and I was very impressed with the sustainability and how they recycle everything and there is zero waste. Food and drinks were amazing as well! I loved the idea of how they provide lunch box and different food options to make our own lunch as we go on for a full day outing. The Camp is close to base towers and our beautiful dome had the view of the towers. From waking up to the beautiful sunrise and windy mornings to beautiful sunsets, this place is nothing but a paradise in Torres Del Paine. We wish to return someday and recommend this place 100% to anyone planning a trip to Torres Del Paine.

Eco-camp was such a great experience! The domes are wonderful - very comfortable and they provide everything you need. The food is fresh and delicious. They take any type of dietary need into consideration as well in what they offer. Our W Trek Guides were the best! Hans and Daniel were great at communicating, very knowledgeable, and kind. We were travelling to celebrate my 50th birthday and they made sure that we had the best experiences possible. The entire staff gave us great service and were very attentive. We really cannot say enough about what a relaxing trip that we had, even if the hiking was difficult. We were very well taken care of and would love to visit again!
