Excellent hotel. Great conditions and decor. All the services worked perfectly, from the spa, the pool, the buffet and the restaurants they have. The rooms are great and large, with a beautiful view.

Excellent stay! We arrived early, our room was still ready, but the reception staff were concerned about our well-being, regarding food and comfort. They immediately gave us towels to enjoy the heated indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. We were alerted that rooms were available and were treated to a fantastic sea view. Very good breakfast. We loved it, we will go back and I recommend the Spa Relax experience.

The hotel has rooms corresponding to the classified stars. The spa, although small, has plenty of space. The restaurant was a very positive surprise, whose dishes and staff do justice to the fantastic view of Porto Novo beach. A super relaxing weekend to repeat.

The air conditioning did not heat up enough (broken) to overcome the cold in the apartment. There was a duvet that wasn't enough, having to ask for another one, because it didn't exist in the room. There was no room service, as far as housekeeping was concerned.
