I stayed 12 days in Apartamentos Fresno. The apartments are well equipped, everything you need is there..even a washing machine. The apartments are located 50 m from the Wandeldijk with shops, bars and restaurants. The supermarket Más y más is nearby..also the bus stop A La Mata / Torrevieja. The staff is super friendly. One downside..the reception is unmanned between midnight and 8 am.

The hotel is not in optimal condition. They are undergoing construction and because of the noise you cannot sleep, the elevators did not work for a while, the dryer cables were stripped, the doorbell did not work and if you want to enter the apartment a little earlier they try to get €20 even though they say that the room is empty. Too many disadvantages and imperfections.

Reception/front desk very friendly! Apartment building with apartments of different sizes, equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and shops, supermarket right next door.

The only acceptable thing is the friendliness of the staff who, in some cases, are more embarrassed than the guests. They charge you a deposit for possible damages (but the apartment was a shame!!!), broken doors, lights that don't turn on and aren't repaired, very expensive parking and only for small cars and expert drivers on curved ramps, air conditioning It is with a supplement, very low quality bedding....
