I highly recommend this hotel, the main thing that made is amazing was the kind, helpful and friendly staff who all went out their way to make our stay a memorable experience. The location is great, easily accessible to Garda and Torri del Benaco although the road down was a bit crazy. You definitely need a car to get around. Although there are a few restaurants in Albasino which is easily walkable too. A big shout out to the entertainment team who are wonderful. They went out of their way to look after my daughter and she loved the creative workshops and evening shows. The kids room is great! Thank you again, for a lovely stay we hope to come back one day soon.

This hotel is a perfect mix of: - delicious food - spacious family suites (we stayed in the tower suite but before also enjoyed the other rooms a lot) - extremely friendly staff (it’s a family hotel - you feel it in the restaurant, at the reception and also in the kids club; the friendlyness here is something you will likely search for a long time somewhere else) - great pool and spa area - beautiful garden - basketball and soccer pitch - proximity to many attractions around Garda Lake

I could not rate our stay more highly. The hotel is beautiful. Jaw dropping views. Rooms are fabulous - huge and so well equipped. Facilities are perfect for families and the staff could not do more. Kids club was great with lots of fun activities. We will definitely return - a rare find in such beautiful surroundings

Excellent hotel for families, clean and tidy, new facilities, very good breakfast ,The hotel has an amazing view of Lake Garda close to parks and attractions,The bed is very comfortable, the service is amazing and the spa is clean and tidy, there is an outdoor pool and free parking, the acoustics in the rooms are bad, the wireless internet is very good

From the beginning the staff was very helpful and assisted us with booking to restaurants and activities. The rooms were clean and well organised. The kids loved the kids club staff always smiling. The breakfast was abundant and just what you needed to start the morning. The location albeit a bit higher up, was peaceful to get away from the more busy lake areas and offered the tranquility needed after a busy day sight seeing. 😊

We found this gem online and decided to make a reservation for the family. We are so happy that we did. This hotel is fantastic for families. The location is not bad.
