Struttura che cade a pezzi , televisore rotto ,fai dei reclami e viene preso in giro poca serietà,wifi inesistente per quello che si paga non vale veramente,non con consiglierei questa struttura a nessuno ,il la reception sa solo prendere in giro il cliente..

Prima di arrivare sono sincera ero molto preoccupata per le recensioni che leggevo. Sono recensioni esagerate non è così male come dicono come villaggio io parlo per la mia esperienza è vero abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema quando siamo arrivati tipo aria condizionata che non funzionava il direttore una persona molto disponibile educata si è attivato immediatamente e ci hanno SOSTITUITO il condizionatore il giorno di Ferragosto e per scusarsi del disagio ci ha permesso di restare un'altra mezza giornata nella casa cosa che non avrebbe fatto nessuno. Manutentori, signore delle pulizie, animazione e reception sono il TOP ☺️. UNICO trauma per mia cognata MANCA LA LAVATRICE effettivamente ha ragione , ci vorrebbe anche un forno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata perché ha tutto il potenziale per poter essere un ottimo villaggio perché è molto grande e bello tutto sommato noi abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza un grazie a tutti. Valorizzate questo posto perché ha tutte le carte in regola per essere il TOP

Un posto davvero comodo...vista mare invidiabile,peccato per il servizio ristorante inesistente, il vero fiore all'occhiello uno staff fantastico...Angelo e Francesco due animatori cordialissimi,sempre sorridenti e solari a cui non manca certo l'empatia,ragazzi genuini che rimangono nel ❤...il capo Animatore Fabio, una persona professionale,simpatica e mai invadente...complimenti!essere delle brave persone paga sempre...
