This hotel is a real Jekyll and Hyde situation. Whilst rated a 4* hotel, I would certainly suggest this is more like a 3*. There are 2 experiences available at this hotel and it definitely depends if you are allocated a poolside room or not. Unfortunately, we were allocated a ground-floor terrace view and this was a huge disappointment. The rooms facing outward from the hotel on the right wing have a view of the side of another hotel/accommodation and is about as inspiring and relaxing as looking at a brick wall. Add to that, the sunlight is available to the balcony for around 30 minutes a day and you start to understand the disappointment we faced. However, there is more; the hotel operations (washers/dryers) are situated under the ground floor on the right wing. So not only were we in the shade, looking at a brick wall, but we were blasted by sound akin to jet engines from around 7am to 7pm. Two other negatives were that the air-con unit was spewing out hot air (reported to staff but not resolved) and the balcony door did not lock. So we had the choice of sleeping in an oven and keeping the door shut, or leaving the door open and hoping not to have any unexpected guests! If you book this hotel, be sure to get a pool view and not have the frankly unacceptable experience we received in room 016.

The hotel Oasis is an excellent choice. Situated in a quiet area, just ten minutes walk to the beach, shops and bus station. On arrival the reception staff made us very welcome, explaining where to visit and providing us with a local map. During our stay, we found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The bar and pool area was a great place to chill out. We choose the half board option. Great breakfast from continental or full English, in my case both. The evening meal was a pleasure, from freshly cooked to help yourself from the buffet. So much choice and plenty of it. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff were really helpful. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and food was lovely. Restaurant staff, checkin staff, bar staff, cleaning staff alll amazing and very very friendly. Very clean hotel and we loved ‘ginge’ the cat.

Just all good great location great staff great breakfast just one thing branded glasses for the Estrella would be good to serve a better pint. No criticism of the hotel 32 km from the airport took almost 4 hours by transfer I could have walked it quicker

This hotel did not disappoint !! The receptionist Lorenzo was very welcoming and helpful, and offered advice when we explained our plans. Our room and bathroom was very clean, with some toiletries included, shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. There is a small fridge in the room at no extra charge, we paid a deposit for the safe which was returned when we checked out. As with all hotels we paid a minimal tourist tax when we checked in. All of the above was clearly explained upon check in. We booked half board, breakfast and dinner where buffet style with some lovely food, drinks are included with breakfast and chargeable with dinner but quite reasonably priced. All of the staff were lovely and helpful. We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and we are looking to book another visit soon.

Our 7th stay in this resort and second time to this hotel..we returned after 23 years and the upgrades and refurbs over the years have been done well..room was lovely, spotless everywhere, staff were fantastic and the food /dining experience was excellent. The location is spot on..lovely quiet area and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Just wish I had returned earlier...definitely my first choice hotel!

Great hotel, food great always lots to choose from, breakfast was very good. only problem was Airconditioning didn’t work that well. Entertainment every night. Rooms spacious lovely bathroom great maid service in room. Bar staff are very friendly and quick for getting drinks.
