This was my second visit to El Colibrí and it did not disappoint. The grounds, the food, and, above all, the staff are beyond excellent. Everyone went far to ensure that my stay was perfect and I can not be more grateful. In particular I wish to thank Augusto, Carlos, Sofía, and Sebastián: really great people. Córdoba is a magical place and El Colibrí is no exception.

We visited Estancia El Colibri with family and friends for the Easter Weekend. We had a lovely time. We went on many trail rides, rode bikes, went for walks, visited the farm, rested, and ate. The food is really good, very nicely prepared and presented. The massage at the spa was very relaxing. We would love to visit again!

Truly unique and hard to find again. A lovely property, huge estancia with great scenery and wildlife including many horses, alpacas, sheep, … but the best is the team! In particular I need to mention Sofia, Léo and Carlos. So warm and authentic - we will come back for sure

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay here. From the moment we were picked up till the moment we were dropped off everything was perfect. The meals were all incredible. Every horseback ride was a dream, ensuring that we saw and experienced different things every time. The staff was perfection. Our room was lovely. The grounds and farm are something out of a fairy tale. I did not want to leave! Special thanks to Sofia, Leo, Carlito, Franco, and Hernan for making an already incredible stay much more!

If you’re looking for a the perfect place to chill and relax then this is it. We had the pleasure of staying for three nights in the El Colibri suite. The staff are friendly, interested in their guests and can’t do enough for you. Food quality is excellent , wines to match, but the real highlight is this wonderful estancia surrounded by beautiful gardens and meadows and polo fields. We were sad to leave but we will be back at some point .

Estancia El Colibri was amazing, we stayed at La Maison, the house on the property. It was a wonderful retreat and we could have our meals there or at the hotel. The food was amazing. When people talk about eating local, they do this and in style. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. We got laundry done too, which was helpful on a longer trip. And finally the riding, I don't think I have ever seen horse-riding daughter so happy. She rode 3x a day. The Gaucho we amazing. We walked each day, it was a true Argentina experience.

We specifically came to El Colibri after staying at the owners' sister property, House of Jasmines in Salta. Our stay was wonderful and we hope to return soon. We were a family of 4 and we enjoyed all the activities - horseback ridings in the evenings, a wine tasting, a picnic lunch, and visiting with the farm animals. The massage I received was one of the best I've received before and it was so great that my husband I both got massages two days in a row. We appreciated the welcoming staff (Franco, Sebastian, Leo, and the sommelier whose name I've forgotten). We stayed in the Salta suite and had a king bed in one room while our boys slept well on a pull out couch. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Incredible place!!! Excellent hotel, the staff's attention is truly superlative!!!. Fantastic facilities and activities to relax. The food service is to highlight. We will surely come back! Overall rating: 10/10
