Efficiency, patient and polite front desk check in service provided, nearby JR , bus station. Staff will mention us how to collect free health items and help to call elevator to serve us. Very good. Hope to stay again in Tottori. The view of room is wide , can see 大山。 the room is large.

For a small town this hotel was very great. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great location to all izakyas and restaurants and the bus terminal to go to the Sand Dunes. It was also right beside the train station. The room itself did seem a bit old but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls in the room were easy to use. The hotel was clean. I didn't include meals with my booking but the area where people ate looked very nice.

real deal for the location. they also have the daily cleaning for consecutive stay. the hotel itself super old like 90s, but room not too small.

Great stay at the hotel, clean and friendly reception. Willing to hold baggage after checkout so i could explore more of the wonderful town comfortably.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, effectively resolving our baggage storage issue. The room’s decor was new and spotless, adding to the overall comfort. Additionally, the location was perfect, just next to Tottori Station and the bus terminal, making it very convenient for travel.

Stayed one night in a twin room. Super near the train station, 2-3 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable. Perhaps the only things that were not as good was the lack of power points - only one between both beds, none at the table so it's hard to do work there. If you want to boil water in the kettle you gotta either use that single power point between the beds or use the other one in the toilet. Another thing that could have been better was the fee for the coin operated laundry services... ¥300 for washing mashine which is normal, but ¥200 for 30 mins of dryer, which is more expensive than most other hotels (usually ¥100).
But as a whole, it was a good experience and I would recommend!
