Easy walk from metro, clean and basic just what was needed for a weekend away. Staff were useful when needed.
Listed as smoke free hotel however heavy smell of smoke around hotel and in room which was unexpected

J'apprécie tellement, que j'y suis revenue. Très propre, juste l'essentiel, hôtel familial et très bien situé par rapport au métro, centre ville, navette. Tout est à proximité. Étant de Toulouse j'en parle en connaissance de cause. J'y reviendrai certainement, je l'ai adopté

The hotel is very close to city center while it is a bit far from hassle of the busy downtown. Everything is available however sometimes in a new way. Close to very good restaurants, don't forget that they have pizza service, delivered to hotel. Ask for a room with a view toward canal (the photo is from our room window). The perfect double glass windows keep road noise away from your ears. The hotel staff are so helpful and don't hesitate to ask them for help and guide. Their 24 hours reception also is very good option.

1 woord: verschrikkelijk! Kamer en vnl badkamer is extreem klein, vuil, afgeleefd. Toen we toekwamen lag het ICT systeem plan, de dame aan de receptie deed erg haar best maar kon ons niet inchecken. Na lang wachten eindelijk een kamer. Kamer waar de airco niet werkt, wil je het raam opendoen heb je de kruk in je handen... De helft van het hotel was een bouwwerf, er was veel straatlawaai, het was niet hygiënisch. Kortom, een plek om nooit terug te gaan
