We had booked a comfort double room and when we arrived, although we had clarified this again, the employees seemed embarrassed, and gave us our room... not comfortable. We actually had a normal room. So we asked for what we paid for (for people with reduced mobility and more) and finally they gave it to us... it smells like a scam. But frankly very disappointing room. It's not worth a 3 star. Very narrow bed and not comfortable at all, we slept very badly. We will not come back. Only positive point: the situation.
