"Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!"

"Tres bien placé au calme, situé juste derriere le parc Compans Caffarelli et le jardin japonais. Toures les commodités à proximité de l hôtel à pied : metro a 5 min a pied, centre commercial , bus, canal du midi a qq min et si on vient par le périphérique c est à qq min en voiture de la sortie du périph.
L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre aussi. Le personnel est très aimable et souriant notamment le responsable en salle du restaurant de l hôtel.
Restaurant : dommage que le choix sur la carte ne change pas plus souvent. Sinn de bons produits frais, et plats copieux. La salade césar énorme, magnifique, excellente et tres bien présentée.

"Stayed for a few days on a business trip. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The windows are soundproofed very well. Linhe, the scenery outside the window is also very good. The breakfast was full and the waiter was very nice."

"Several incidents occurred, firstly a bath problem that leaves the water, so impossible to take a bath, then cold water. ( I made a person intervene, she told me that it actually might be because of the previous reservation that used all the hot water).
The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The worst is that the person told me ”I tried to connect to you on the room that it doesn't work”, eh ... I have a mobile phone + email address in case ... short.
I'm transferred from the room, very well. Shower that works with hot water, but room not at the height of the previous. So the next day I ask to return to the previous. I'm told that it is not possible because of the household. I understand, but good .... didn't give my room number and give a room with the minimum benefits I paid ( have hot water). It was very disappointed to know that I had already come and I loved the hotel.

AAnonymous UserVery comfortable room and clean. Very spacious too, exceeded my expectations. Value for money. Really very clean but I did notice something on my bed though, I hope it’s a person’s blackhead and not some insect. Will come back again. The yoghurt selection on the breakfast menu is very extensive.

GGuest UserI thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant!
The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient.
The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals.
The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind.
Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!
Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserNo service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal.

YYAHUAThe hotel is about 700-800 meters from the train station, walking distance, and close to the city center. The breakfast at the Samsung Hotel is almost the same, and it is sure to be full. The room is larger than the room of the same level hotel in Paris.

MMaiaThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.

Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

JJordanxo3Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.
