nice simple traditional looking room. was very clean. bathroom a bit tight and the floor mattress was not the most comfortable to sleep on but should be ok for 1-2nights. fun experience.

Hotel is currently rather old, but the facilities are well maintained. Unfortunately the onsen is a little dated and could use some deep cleaning. Onsen water could have been hotter.

The room type we booked was a Japanese tatami room, and the strong Japanese flavor was already there as soon as we entered the room! There is a large terrace next to the window. It happened to snow on the day we checked in, so you can sit and enjoy the snow scenery! Dinner and breakfast are very rich! The hot spring is also spacious and the hotel makes people feel comfortable!

The room is very large and spacious, and can accommodate four people. The hotel has many decorations that are very thoughtful and pleasing to the eye. The only drawback is that there is no station pick-up service. It happened that there was a Towada Story event, and the JR bus stopped there.
