Townsville Hotels with Gym

Have previously enjoyed our staycations at the Ville but last night was terrible. Lifts were unreliable as they kept breaking down, this meant most times only 1 lift was working and wait times were crazy. A repeating mechanical noise made sleep difficult. The bath tub had a massive bubble which made standing very unstable. Ice machine on the floor wasn’t working. Was advised there would be no price difference if I were to pre book breakfast vs just showing up. Yet we were charged an extra $20 per person. Air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working. When checking out, management seemed to have even influxes with similar complaints and were past the point of caring.

The hotel environment is very good and clean. The facilities are perfect and the health is good. The hotel is located in the city center, with high floors and good scenery. The hotel is a landmark in Townsiville and it is worth staying. The impression the hotel gave me was very good and worth looking forward to.

House facilities are old

We stayed in a hotel apartment under this group for the second time. It was very good. There was a kitchen laundry room. The hotel suite style. The private swimming pool was very big. There was free private parking. Recommended friends who drove. Very satisfied; the waiter was also very good. Everything was great!

Really amazing stay, enjoyed using the facilities (especially the gym! The only thing about the gym is that for the weight section there isn’t any type of mirror to see yourself, but overall was amazing). Also, loved the tv, and being able to look up and listen to our own type of stuff, really cool. Would definitely come here again, no doubt! Thank you Palmer!

Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent facilities, but a little disappointed with having no WiFi in my room

Resort was beautiful. Clean room and facilities. Lovely staff/receptionist. Comfortable beds. Loved staying there. Will definitely stay again. Thank you 🙂

The journey changes, the temporary hotel. Entering the house is the taste of a French fries. It is estimated that the front guests have cooking, but this hygiene cleaning is too sloppy. It is a large bed in a bedroom, a double bed in the living room, and can accommodate four people.

The location of the hotel is good, the window opens to the sea, the room facilities are complete, washing machine, dryer, stove and refrigerator are available. Is a good choice, worth staying at the hotel.

Our first time at this hotel which offers good value and secure, free underground car parking. Other hotels charge an extra fee to park so we were very content being able to go straight from car park to reception via the lift. Nice clean and comfortable.
