ゴールデンウィークに予約しました。 20時に到着するとフロントは不慣れなスタッフ1人、チェックインに1組あたり五分以上かかるため行列が発生していました。 チェックインすると「清掃が終わっていない」旨！！その後21:30まで待ちましたが、客室は用意されなかった為、他のホテルを利用しました。 同じようなお客さんが5組はロビーで待っていました。なかには幼児連れのお子さんもいて大変そうでした。 他にも客室に入っても寝具が用意されてないようで、自力で敷布団を運ぶ方も何組か見ました。 ホテルという名の民泊のような施設と思われ、従業員が極端に少ないためこのようになっていると思われます。 利用は絶対にやめた方がいいです！

写真と実態の乖離がすごいです。 場所はおわら風の盆以外では利用する価値がなく今度はもっと遠くて良いので別の施設にしたいと思います。
