3-Star Hotels in Traben-Trarbach

Perhaps the positive in advance: the room was super. However, the bathroom was quite small and the exit in the shower probably stuck. But otherwise beautifully furnished, living and very large. Unfortunately I was very unhostly received. My arrival was at 19.00 hour and the hotel was closed so I had to sound. Then I had discussions when check-in that I should present a voucher that is not there at all. Also I should have hurried because the guests were already sitting in the restaurant. I could have had dinner, but not against just nine (I had a date), because you can't start again. And not Wednesday, because then it's a rest day. The crown was that although I had booked including breakfast, I could not have breakfast. This is only available from 8 to 11:00!!! This information was not given at any place when I booked. Because this was a service trip and I had already commitments at 8 a.m. unfortunately too late. The hotel and restaurant appear to be operated by owners and owners completely alone. By the ruling sound and the kind I felt privileged, very depressed and very unwell in everything. In fact, this could be a wonderful place, therefore particularly harmful.

The house is not sufficient as the photo and description suggest, namely that this apartment is located at the front of the building with a view of the Moselle. Here you expect an honest description of the location and not as we have experienced that this

it is a beautiful apartment with a great view at the front and back. Everything was generously provided for. The landlord was a very caring person, we got apples and apricots from their own garden.
