An inexpensive little apartment. Excellent service. The manager had to let me in at 1am and did it with a smile. Budget accomodation but ok.

This place is a dumpster I will not waste a penny for it The rooms are dirty and the shower is horrible The manager refused to refund me as I was not happy in the place bad people poor service awful location I do not advise this place to any one very unsafe area

То, что происходит в этом отеле-не описать словами. В комнате жутко воняет плесенью, грязные шторы, порванное постельное белье, розетки вырванные из стен, «ванная» это дыра в полу и кран напротив туалета, тобеж когда вы сидите в туалете, ваши колени будут упираться в кран, а если решите помыться, то потом весь пол будет в воде, так как дыра вообще сбоку. Телевизор не работает, кондей тоже, две соединенные кровати и там вечно дыра между ними, одна из кроватей скрипит. На все замечания сотрудник говорит, что вы сами видели фото на сайте, сами такое выбрали, пожимают плечами. А еще, работают они с 12 утра и до 00, сотрудников вечно нет, пишу в вотсап-игнор, языка они англ не знают, говорила с ними на турецком. Получается, если вы вдруг прилетите в 12 ночи, а номер будет забронирован, то сотрудник все равно уйдет, ему плевать на вас, будете жить на улице значит, пока он не соизволит прийти. Слышимость жесткая, и бонусом ко всему это Мечеть прям впритык отелю, в 5 утра во время Азана и взлетной полосы (аэропорт в 5 минутах) вы поймете все прелести этого отеля. Это худший отель в моей жизни, приехали в Трабзон отдохнуть, а по итогу хотелось поскорее оттуда убежать, фото прилагаю.
