I had a reservation as a family but due to the snowy weather conditions I needed to cancel and reschedule my trip. I have called the reception for 3 times in different times and in all my calls it was told me that they will reschedule my reservation and phone back. But nobody called me. As I guessed the return flight was cancelled due to snowy weather. However I could not had a phone and surprisingly they send me a link to rate my stay. They are not aware that I did not enter the hotel. A bad experience.

I booked 2 triple rooms for 3 nights in this hotel. Excellent location, few meters away from Meydan, a viral area where all shops, restaurants and cafes opened till midnight. Spacious rooms, all amenities like safety box but not functioning, A/C, TV again not working, Wi fi is perfect in lobby and very week to zero in rooms. Wonderful breakfast with a chance to feed gull birds. Towels will not be replaced unless you request, it happened 2 times in 3 nights. Friendly staff.

Stayed here 2 nights in April 2022 , part of a tour around northern and eastern Turkey. A pleasant hotel in a really good location.Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast average - typical Turkish fare for a budget hotel - but no fruit. No wifi in room. TV in room didn’t work Hotel advertised with a bar - no bar.

Hotel in the very center of the city. There are a lot of shops, pharmacies, hotels nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, although the walls are already quite scratched. The staff is very friendly. The room has a kettle, water, safe, hairdryer, towels. The only negative is the very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors watching TV. Or someone chatting in the hallway.

I stayed one night to attend an organization in February 2022. Even though it's a four-star hotel, it fell short of my expectations. The rooms are quite old, also the bathroom is bad. Although it has a large bathroom, it is not useful at all. I think there was a bathtub before and they removed it. They did this with poor workmanship. The bed and furniture are old. Not comfortable. They placed the refrigerator inside the wardrobe. That's why hanging your clothes is a bit troublesome. There are no materials you will need such as a sewing kit, shoe horn, shoe polish, or ear cleaning sticks. You can find such things even in two or three star hotels. The staff are nice people, the location is good, the room I stayed in had double glass and there was no noise from outside. These are its good aspects... Although it has its good aspects, its negative aspects are more... That's why I am not positive in terms of price and performance.
