We were passing through Trabzon, stayed at this hotel for one night. We took a two-room suite for the family. We liked everything.

Deceived a young couple for 400$ through *********** . Hotel vip apart took money via service from card, but refused to check in and the money wasn't returned, hotel to deceive another 200$ and blackmailed for a good review . Terrible employees constantly lied . This story for a lot of publicity

Trabzon VIP apart deceives tourists out of money. Uses a fraudulent scheme through booking and deceives people. Refuses check-in and does not return money. Engaged in blackmail and extortion. Asks for photos of credit cards on both sides. The employees lie all the time. It's a pity we haven't seen video reviews about this hotel before. Under no circumstances should you move in here. Many positive reviews about the hotel are not real or no longer relevant.
