Yes, we're back again. Hello, Ti al Lannec - the House on the Hill. We've been coming here as a family for many years - perhaps thirty or more. Over time much has changed - our families, the economy, our social contexts. Yet one of the joys of this favourite hotel is how some things change, but many things don't. Of course some staff are different. Of course the hotel has adapted to the changing needs of its clientele. But fundamentally this is still the house on the ill, serving wonderful food in a wonderful environment with wonderful staff. We may not have 30 years ahead of us but, like so many Ti al Lannec fans, we look forward to returning year on year.

Lovely, warm, friendly, high quality hotel. We didn’t want to leave. Great gym, pool, bar and best of all, restaurant. Staff were informal but professional. Food was excellent. The wine list is exceptional. Bedroom was great with nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. We will be back for sure

This is an absolute gem of a hotel on every level. Wonderful setting with stunning views especially from the dining room at sunset. The food was fabulous. Our bedroom - again with glorious views - was very well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beautiful grounds and lovely swimming pool. Above all, the staff couldn't be more attentive, friendly and helpful. A very special place.

Just returned from another wonderful stay at Ti Al Lannec & will be going back again at some point. We’ve been visiting for around 20 years now & we love that the quality of service, food & feel of the place has remained. The staff cannot do enough for you, the food is superb & rooms are beautifully furnished & comfortable. To wake & hear waves against the shore is special. Everything about the place is so relaxing & you always feel special. The hotel is a great place as a base to explore this fantastic coastline & knowing you’ll be going back to a wonderful evening meal makes the day better.

We had a lovely 4 night stay on our drive around France. We had a superior room with a small balcony and lovely views to the sea close by. The main hotel and lounges are quite dark but the restaurant and breakfast rooms were light and airy with sea views. The breakfast buffet (which for a strange reason we were expected to pay an extra 5 euros a person in addition to our half board - not quite right we thought. No extra for in room service) was excellent. The evening meal was a daily changing set menu, no choice but you could upgrade to a course from the main menu if there was something you didn’t like and was again high quality. Fancy presentation and small portions but delicious. The spa too was excellent we didn’t have any treatments which were a bit expensive but the pool, sauna and steam room were great after some lovely walks on the GR coast route. Overall a lovely friendly place to spend a few days.

What an amazing place, the most wonderful people so friendly and helpful, an amazing spot, fantastic facilities and the food is to die for. Looked at this place many times but our first visit but will not be our last. Really really impressed from the owners to the staff, to facilities and rooms to the small touches of biscuits in your room each day, amazing pool, easy walk down to the beach, okay bit of a hike back up so take your time and use the seats on the way! Gorgeous views particularly from the restaurant at breakfast and at night. Dining is an absolute delight an amazing chef thank you! We so enjoyed our stay and will be back !

Ti al Lannec is a hotel we’ve been visiting most years for the past thirty or so years. Its name means ‘house on the hill’, and that’s what it is - the most magnificent house on a hill overlooking the magnificent wide bay of Trébeurden. What makes this a special hotel is the attention to detail - from the warm welcome on arrival, the attentive service, the charmingly beautiful rooms. You arrive and time slows gently down to help you unwind. That’s why we go there - to stay in a lovely place that offers lounges for playing games or losing yourself in a book; to walk down for an afternoon on the beach; to use the stunning swimming pool or gym; to enjoy beautiful food that’s elegantly prepared. Like so many hotels, Ti al Lannec has emerged from the challenges of Covid with some changes to how it operates, with a refreshed team of staff. But some things never change - the values of courtesy and hospitality; the high expectations; the sense that this is a place which knows its guests and their needs really well; and the immense love and care of the Jouanny family who have been running the hotel for some fifty years. Recommended.

Cordial welcome, warm ambiance, charming and helpful staff, scenic setting, and elegant dining — these are the attributes that draw us to Ti al Lannec year after year. Their standard chambres are very comfortable, and bathrooms are spotless and well equipped — we had an excellent rain shower and hand-shower combo. We really enjoy their demi-pension 3-course dinners, and find the array of offerings at the breakfast buffet worth the supplement. They also offer a broad selection of wines, and kindly offer a few at prices that aren’t overwhelming for us. They also include kettle, tea and instant coffee in the chambres. The only disappointment this year was that the labor situation (post-pandemic) has obliged them to close the restaurant on Tuesday evenings. We hope people start working again. We highly recommend the hotel and restaurant, and will continue to return.
