Una vergüenza el servicio y respuesta del personal y dueño. Encontramos pelos en la almohada y la cama ni bien entramos a la habitación, y luego pedimos retirarnos sin utilizar nada y no reintegraron el pago, ni tampoco reconocieron el error. realmente un servicio de bajísima calidad y hotelera y personal.-

Hicimos una reserva sin anticipo. Quedamos en confirmar con Carina (un amor de persona) para no comprometer las reservas en el hotel. Llamamos el jueves a la mañana para confirmar que ya estábamos en Trenque Lauquen y que iríamos luego de ir a pescar. Lamentablemente nos llamaron desde Buenos Aires para avisarnos de un accidente familiar. Pasamos al mediodía para avisar de este evento, cancelar la reserva y abonar el 50% por la cancelación. No aceptaron ningún tipo de pago, entendiendo que era un tema de fuerza mayor. Volveremos, seguramente, ya que la ubicación céntrica es muy buena y, lo que vimos del hotel es excelente. Gracias Carina por tu gentileza y comprensión. Eso no se olvida.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Cuentan con aire acondicionado. La atención del personal es buena. El desayuno es rico, pero podría mejorar la variedad, lo destacable es el café que lo preparan en el momento. Cuentan con cochera, dentro del predio del hotel.

A pocas cuadras del centro se ubica este coqueto y pequeño hotel. Impecables y muy agradables instalaciones, todo el edificio es super luminoso. Buenas camas que permiten un buen descanso. Tiene servicio de cochera. El desayuno poco variado pero es de destacar la elaboración del café en el momento.
