Fiz reserva com 9 dias antecedência pelo booking solicitei apto térreo como faço todos os meses, já q venho a TL 1 X mês. Recepcionista Diogo mal educado, disse q eu deveria ter reservado direto c eles. Qdo disse q no booking saía mais barato: me respondeu de forma ríspida: a gente não pode ter tudo. Tenho artrite reumatoide e dificuldade de locomoção e fui muito mal recepcionada pelo atendente Diogo q me colocou p subir 2 lances d escada. Pior recepção q já tive neste hotel q eu gosto é sempre fui bem tratada aqui, mas ainda não havia sido atendida pelo péssimo profissional

Excelente hotel localizado às margens da Lagoa Maior. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Ar Condicionado eficiente. O café da manhã é muito bom. Boa variedade e produtos de qualidade. Estacionamento gratuito e seguro. Possui piscina com bar molhado.
