Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location and easy to find. Plenty of parking even though we arrived around 9.30pm. Easy to check-in, staff friendly. Room was plenty big enough for us all (family of 4). Yes the bathroom could do with a bit of a refurb (the soap holder was a bit rusty) but it was clean. Towels were nice and big. We ran out of toilet paper on the first morning so asked for some at front desk, I was given a stack of the toilet roll you get in public toilets normally and it didn't fit very well in the holder so we just put it on the side which was a little annoying! Beds were comfy, spare pillows available. Relatively quiet although did hear some people come back around 2.30am quite loudly but that's not the hotels fault. We had breakfast at Niles Bakery across the road which was good. Lots of choice including pastries. We also had takeaway pizza at Salt Bay Pizza (bit further down than Niles Bakery) which was delicious. We should have booked a table but they were booked until 8pm...we were hungry so ordered takeaway which took around 20mins. Definitely stay again, great value for money.

Our was made very comfortable and well cleaned by Tilly. Bathroom and all surfaces spotless and room smelled fresh. The only thing was only 1 pillow per person. Breakfast had a great variety, was hot and host was friendly. Definitely come again.

The room was in a quiet location. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Plenty of plug sockets in the room BUT none beside the bed so we couldn't rest on bed looking at fones whilst charging them! Shower was ok, nice big bath towels. We had breakfast which was at the pub next door, I can only describe it as a right shambles. We went at 09.30 and there was no fruit juice, coffee, clean bowls. The hot tray was almost empty - no beans, eggs, sausages, no veggie sausages, tables hadn't been cleared, couldn't find any cutlery. Eventually these things were replenished but it was too late for us. It's a shame because we had had a nice vegetarian meal there the night before for my birthday, with excellent service. We recently stayed in a Travelodge in York and it was far superior. The rooms had coffee pod machines, hot choc sachets, biscuits plus sockets by bed. Their breakfast was constantly being replenished and offered veggie sausages, so in future Travelodge will be our choice.

Good hotel with easy parking, breakfast was good (got very busy later on) we had a two hour wait for food one evening but the food was good when it finally arrived and no problems the other two evening’s. Beds were comfortable (kids bed a bit hard but he slept ok) shower was usable but not equal to our power shower at home but I wouldn’t expect it to be.

I understand that you get what you pay for but I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inn hotels and this one is not great. The rooms are very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff at reception were ok but definitely not friendly. My big issue Was With the restaurant. On arrival at 09:00 all of the Breakfast items were exhausted, they were mostly replaced but peace-meal and because of the delay the items were all gone again within four minutes. The staff were stressed and grumpy. The fruit and cereal were not replaced. I will not stay here again.

Very good Stay. Comfy bed and very clean bedroom and bathroom. Good size TV and coffee and tea tray in room very welcome. (could have done with a couple more tea bags, but sure reception would have supplied if asked) Pub next door supplied good evening meal and breakfast. Always stay here whilst visiting elderly relative who lives nearby.

Staff were great and bed good as usual but the floors were just horrendous when you walked on them or if your neighbours got up you knew about it. Come on Premier Inn you let this one down. Avoid ground floor from room 10 onwards. Sadly raised a complaint and yet still waiting some feedback.
