If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a house rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. We charge a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)-The space below the carport (downstairs house) is not included in this rental.- Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.- Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m. For day of late check-out requests there is a $35 per hour charge. If not approved, there will be a $50 charge for a 30 minute late check-out. If the guest has not left the property after 2 hours they will be charged for a full additional day. This does not allow the guest to stay an additional night; it's a penalty fee. This extra day fee is without discounts. - Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work then the reservation can be canceled without refund. - For each undeclared guest there will be a $40 charge. - We will always go above and beyond for you.
