Lage und Service einfach super. Mitten in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer sehr schön, ruhig, sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel insgesamt war sehr gut und ohne Beanstandungen. Aber Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider organisatorisch und quanitiativ nicht zufriedenstellen. Die Kombination Barbereich und Rezeption ist mgl.weise innovativ, wenn aber dieser Doppelbereich nur mit einer Person besetzt ist und in allen Fällen Wartezeiten z.T. nicht unerhebliche, dann ist da erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf. Frühstück mit massiven Warteschlangen, habe ich auch noch nie erlebt. Das bedeutet, dass der Frühstücksbereich unterdimensioniert ist. Lichtblick bei diesen organisatorischen und baulichen Mängel ist das Personal, das trotz Überlastung freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.
