"We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was a little brother waiting for us. The suite in the room was great. But there is a German aunt at the front desk. Great murder, we went to dinner in the morning, said that there was no reservation for children, shouting at the restaurant. When I checked out, I went to pay the bill. I had to say that the four of us had charged us 200 euros. In fact, we had two adults with a 12-year-old child. After I explained to her, she changed the fee, but she had a bad attitude. We were in-house guests and were not enemies. This hotel is the best hotel in the town, there is such a front desk, sorry!"

"Small hotels in small towns, the whole town is within an hour’s walk, so even if the hotel is slightly remote (on the other side of the river), it does not affect too much. The heating in the room is relatively good, and the attitude of the waiter is the same as the arrogant German. FFrans FlorijnRoom is cleaned 1x every 3 days and the hand towels used are then discarded, so a nice mountain was dirty on the floor, not a pleasant face.
No ventilation in the room, window can be at a ventilation stand, but if the room is on the front ( street side), the sound of traffic of the busy street is ALL ALL, the window must remain close but no fresh air is not fine.
Too few parking places, really a disaster, and so ask when checking out: whether your car is in a HOTEL Parking,(and so money for questions) No, of course not, they are certainly insufficient.

GGuest UserThe room is old but it doesn't matter. It was cleaned very well and the toilet was clean too. But the heating was not very hot and it was a bit cold. The room was very big so it was even colder... Finally I used the heating lamp to warm myself up by the bed and it got better.

FFEIThe style of the hotel is very elegant. The breakfast is not many but the quality is high. The rooms are very design and clean. The hotel can be reassured to stay. It is about ten minutes' walk from the old town.

GGuest UserThe hotel was overall very good and without any challenges. But staff always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, organisational and quantitatively not satisfied. The combination of cash and reception is innovative, but if this double area is occupied with only one person and in all cases waiting times are not negligible, there is a significant need for improvement. Breakfast with massive waiting cords, I have never experienced. That means the breakfast area is underdimensioned. The staff who are friendly and helpful despite overload is a light view of these organizational and constructive deficiencies.

The rooms are rather small, but convenient and functional. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very good for a short stay and the parking was free.

XXIAThe parking lot that comes with it has very few parking spaces, and the front desk staff suggested that we park in the nearby parking lot for a fee of 2 euros. There was a bed that could be opened on the wall behind the sofa. We booked two beds when we booked, but the hotel forgot to put the bed in place. The staff was asked to operate and the staff apologized. Breakfast is quite rich. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. At the time of check-out, the staff must provide us with an English version of the proof of payment, but Ctrip is only Chinese, and the Ctrip website is replaced with the Chinese language. I have been working on this for a long time! Isn't the entire process Ctrip not agreed with the hotel? A lot of wasted time.

GGuest UserHotel booked without breakfast, nice view of Mosel. Public transport is nearby, so you can get to the city without a car. The hotel is a bit old, but we always like coming back. Above all, you can choose from different pillows. Unfortunately no coffee machine in the room, but if you like hot powder (granulated) coffee, this is the place for you
