The accommodation boasts a great pool, convenient location near tourist sites, and exceptional cleanliness. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable rooms but wish for more fresh fruit options in the breakfast.

An accurate representation I wish we had read in the reviews before booking this hotel in this location. On arrival by coach to Kyparissia it was an area you’d hope to drive through and not stop off in. Our coach pulled off down a beaten track struggling to make its way past the overflowing dumpsters and overgrown olive trees. On arrival it felt less like a hotel and more like someone’s home in need of modernisation. the hotel staff member at reception seemed somewhat overwhelmed by approximately 4 couples wanting to book in, there was no welcome or pleasantries just “name” and we had a key card given to us and he just pointed in the direction we were to find our room. Whilst mustering our way down a very narrow corridor to find our room we were met with hurdles to squeeze past in the form of a number of stacked travel cots filled with hotel towels. Upon entering our room, we were somewhat surprised at how small it was. The door opened up in to the bed, a small dresser across the room and a single camp bed made in to a chair. the bedside tables had to be moved each time to open the inbuilt wardrobe door. To factor in the 2 of us navigating around eachother we decided to unpack straight away as leaving the cases out left little room to breath let alone walk. The bathroom resembled a dated 60s tiled washroom, with a very small standing shower, if the soap was to be dropped I felt assured of no further surprises due to the inability to bend a retrieve such an item. The ground floor balcony opened up on to a path, greeted by trees and a large metal staircase to the left and a frosted glass barrier separating us from our neighbours. The air con was semi functional when the patio doors remained closed, however to kick out any serious cold air it meant enduring the sound of what I can only describe as Darth Vader through his breathing apparatus. Its loud continuous drone of minor cooling benefits led to a discussion whether it was worth it over the inability to sleep peacefully whilst having it on. Our arrival was on a Sunday at the beginning of September so not quite end of season. We had travelled through the night, so once we had unpacked we decided to venture out to get some food. We walked down the path towards the “beach” and quickly started to realise that most of the buildings towards and in the town were closed up/ boarded up or uninhabited. Eerily so. It was a stark comparison to what I can only imagine Chernobyl looked like after the town had evacuated. There was literally no one about the town, barely a thing moving and absolutely nowhere open to be able to buy a drink let alone food. Fortunately our dated and somewhat unwelcoming abode has a rooftop restaurant. So now starving as well as pretty exhausted we booked in there for an evening meal. We ordered bread, starters and a main. The bread came.. but no signs of food coming out to any of the occupied tables for sometime.. being polite we waited sometime.. however

We were greeted on arrival with grace and genuine welcome. The hotel exudes character and has all the amenities one could wish for as well as personalized service. The location is private in the midst of olive orchards and close to many major tourist sites without being “touristy”. We would definitely return.

One month ago, I contacted the Apollo Resort General Manager, Ms. Georgia Christodoulou, who immediately understanding my needs, so I can have beautiful and carefree holidays with my 3 children, she helped me by providing me with the appropriate accommodation and the corresponding benefits for the first days of August. My only obligation was to pay the minimum payment in advance, which I did. Because sometimes plans are going against our will, serious family reasons put me in the awkward position yesterday, to contact again and request the cancellation of the reservation. To my great (positive) surprise, Ms. Christodoulou without asking me for further explanations, behaved with elegant professionalism and condescension, accepted the situation, thanked me for our cooperation and immediately returned the entire amount of the payment in advance to my account! Because the service quality of a Hotel, depends and lies not only by the rich breakfasts and the great facilities, but also in what we could call, Human Professionalism or Professionalism Ethos, many congratulations are due to Ms. Christodoulou and the Apollo Resort team! So the grade 5/5 is the obvious (unfortunately, there is no 10/5 on the rating scale!)

Just come back from a wonderful week at the Apollo Art. Kyparissia.. this hotel is amazing and has the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept in while in Greece. Georgia the owner is amazing host, her customer service is exceptional and she made us feel so welcome and important. The room we were given was beautiful with fab sea view and the gorgeous surrounding area. Breakfast is taken on the rooftop and has the most fantastic views, the ladies who served the coffee at breakfast and keep all the tasty food topped up were just so lovely and friendly. The rooftop is also were you take dinner it has the best sunset and the food is out of this world, I can highly recommend the beef tenderloin I had this twice and prices are very reasonable. Fantastic olive oil grown on the estate, it tastes fantastic. The Greek wine is so so good and thank you to Ulysses for his fantastic knowledge of the wine you were amazing, and the lovely Kostas who used his skill to open our safe as we locked ourselves out, the most amazing staff in the whole hotel... everyone made our holiday the best, we didn't want to come home and will most definitely be back.

Instead of staying at this hotel, we especially drove to this accommodation 70 km from where we stayed, as we were recommended and subscribed to a cooking class that was held at the Apollo Art Hotel. It was a brilliant experience. After a warm welcome by the host Georgia with a refreshment, we were introduced to team cooking team with a glass of white wine. After some opening remarks on the meaning of true gastronomy, we were introduced into the 'secrets' of a couple of the most famous Greek dishes: Halvah, Tzatziki, Stuffed Tomatoes and - Bell Peppers, Greek Salad and Greek Bread. It was a great experience with pleasant companionship from some other hotel guests who were attending the class as well. The clinic was a nice mixture of watching experts cook and cooking ourselves and we had every occassion to ask the cooks every question we could think of. The best part of course was the finishing touch: After the cooking was done, we were invited to the roof terrace where we were to eat our own-made dinner while having some pleasant social talks with our fellow-participants, a good glass of wine and see the sunset at sea in a rich setting against the Kyparissia mountains. For us the exp[erience was certainly worth the drive and there's great value for money looking at the hospitality, the amount of food, the wine, the venue and the time spent on us. And, best of all, the recipes were shared with us, so we can do our home-cooking of Greek food whenever we like! A genuine recommendation!

My friend and I actually went on holiday beginning of July 2022! We had the most warm welcome from the hotel owners who were amazing! The hotel was in such a lovely location, we walked around the local areas and also to the secluded beach which was dreamy as we were the only ones there! The room was spotless, the cleaners were also so lovely, a wide selection of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner/tea (our favourite was the Greek salad) The rooftop bar was stunning and such a lovely chilled place to watch over the area with a lovely drink and live music! We were hoping to go back last year but I ended pregnant and now have a baby girl! My partner and me will definitely be visiting in 2025!! Thank you so much to all the staff who made it such a chilled and lovely holiday! 🫶🏼
