Four friends shared the two bedroom apartment room prior to a sailing charter from the nearby marina at Trogir. The welcome we received was warm & friendly, which was further boosted by a clean & comfortable room. We were also fortunate to view some of the other unoccupied rooms, which also looked very good. The apartment room we stayed in had all you would need for a self-catering stay including a microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Value for money awesome & definitely a place we would book & stay again. Highly recommended if looking to visit Trogir for a few days, as only a 5-minute walk into the main hub of the town.

Excellent room with everything we needed: the host was a really lovely gentleman who was very kind and friendly. The room itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the pier, it’s set in a quiet location but still close to a variety of amenities and close to the centre. The entry to the hotel is also beautiful, and overall we had a lovely stay.

I don't know where the high ratings for such a bellow-average facility come from. The villa is not heated, cobwebs and dirt everywhere. It smells like mens sweat. It was as if no one had seer foot in the building for months, let alone cleaned it. The rooms are too small, claustrophobic with no place to store clothes, the pillows and bed linen are worn, they feel damp, the WiFi is too weak, the TV does not work, the light is too weak, the noise and unpleasant smells from the toilet are unbearable. In one word - Horror. When he came to pick us up at the airport, the landlord charged three times more than the taxi fare (we found out later). He was constantly drunk and inarticulate. His very presence made us uncomfortable. The city was beautiful but quite dead. Avoid Vila Jidro and so called 'owner' in a wide arc if you don't want a vacation from hell. Lowest rating.

We booked directly at the facility since it had good ratings. Disappointment is an understatement. The owner is unpleasant, the rooms are small with no room for things and Internet is bad. Breakfast is always the same and the price is extra and too high. When we wanted to shorten our stay, he didn't want to let us return the money we paid in advance. A rare bad experience. Trogir is beautiful and you should definitely visit it, but bypass Vila Jidro in a wide arc. I'm sorry that 0 is the lowest rating because this property deserves even less.

Very clean and well sized twin room. Bit disconcerted to find that housekeeping had to be requested and that it extended to only changing towels and topping up drinks. Reception is not manned. Tried to check out at 9am and again reception was not manned, leading to a text message that we were late to check out, as we had gone off for breakfast. Suggest reception is manned between 8 and 10am if that is their checkout time and they want to avoid these issues. Owner is lovely and offers great airport shuttle. Very close to Old Town and also adjacent to several small shops in case you need anything.
