Εξαιρετική Διαμονη….το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια στο κεντρο του Troisforf και απεναντι απο το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμο με τον οποιο σε λιγα λεπτά βρισκεσαι στην Κολωνια.
Το πρωινο ειναι καταπληκτικο και η εξυπηρετηση απο τους υπαλληλους αριστη!
Καθαρά δωμάτια!
Το μόνο αρνητικό μια υπάλληλος στη ρεσεψιον του ξενοδοχείου όταν αναχωρούσαμε την τελευταία ημέρα που μας έλεγε ότι χρωστούσαμε το πρωινό από όλες τις ημέρες ενώ της έδειχνα την κράτηση ότι το πρωινό ήταν πληρωμένο.Αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε 4 πρωινά για 2 άτομα.Ευτυχώς ενημερώσαμε την Trip.com και μας επέστρεψε τα χρήματα πίσω. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τι έβλεπε στον υπολογιστή της η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος για την κράτηση μας!

酒店所在區域總體來説不是特別熱鬧，不過話説整理整體人口密度也不大，跟我們國家比稍顯冷清。
我們凌晨到達，酒店已經鎖門了。還好他們留了鑰匙在郵箱裏麪，通過應急電話溝通拿到郵箱開鎖密碼再取鑰匙信封，自己開門入住。
房間不大，這在意料之中，早餐比我想象的豐富，用餐環境也很温馨。
退房很迅速，服務態度很好。

Hotel location was good for us as used as a base…. We also had breakfast included as this was also fine…. Towels changed daily…. Not much interaction with the staff at all… would visit location again but would I stay here, that would be a no… hotel front door locked at ten and only one key per room and this caused a problem.. I nearly had to beg to get another key and was told in no uncertain terms…. We charge €200 if you lose the key….

We arrived here with friends for the Euros on Friday and just wanted to give credit where due. The staff have been welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious and spotless and the breakfast is beautiful with something for everyone. The location is perfect for getting into Cologne and anywhere else as the train station and bus station are a minutes walk away. We have not been disturbed by the traffic noise despite having a front room. Would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and good amenities all in all. On the good side: Excellent location (across the street from the train station, nearby a mall and some restaurants), very good service, clean rooms, very good breakfast. On the down side: The room we got was too small, and later we asked to move to a bigger one (which was their standard size), the bathroom was too crowded, the WiFi reception was quite bad. In general, we did have a good stay, and will certainly consider staying again in the future.

Belle chambre, propre Emplacement face à la gare et les bus À 30 min en voiture du centre de Cologne La réceptionniste très gentille. Parking gratuit devant l hôtel mais il n y a que 5 places sinon parking payant en face de la gare. Magnifique surprise de la part de l hôtel, nous devions partir la nuit pour l aéroport de Cologne et deux colis nous attendaient pour notre départ avec ce beau petit mot Passe de bonnes vacances

"Ganz nett" trifft es ganz gut (wenn man zwischen den Zeilen lesen kann) Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Man versucht mit Renovierung einiges zu retten was aber nicht ganz gelingt. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und hellhörig, die Einrichtung altbacken. Frühstück ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Kein eigenes Parkhaus, man muss über die Straße zum großen Parkhaus am Bahnhof laufen... Sehr schlechte Stornobedingungen ohne jegliche Kulanz! Werde für meine regelmäßigen Geschäftsreisen dieses Hotel garantiert nicht mehr buchen, denn es gibt in direkter Umgebung bessere und teilweise sogar günstigere Alternativen.

Das sehr kleine Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett und war sauber. Toll wäre eine zusätzliche Decke im Zimmer gewesen, mir war es kalt. Das Bad ist sehr! eng. In Ordnung für 2 Nächte. Den Preis für dieses Zimmer fand ich aber im Vergleich zur Leistung viel zu hoch. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Fenster sollte man wegen des Lärms aber besser geschlossen lassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt und ich fand den Anblick nicht sehr einladend. Lag angeblich an den Feiertagen. Ich wurde vor dem Hotel Eingang abends von einer Französischen Bulldogge in die Finger gebissen. Der Besitzer war auch Gast im Hotel und ich war überfordert. An der Rezeption wurde ich desinfiziert und bekam ein Pflaster. Mich störte auch das abendliche Hundekläffen.
