You will not find a hotel more centrally located. The back half the building over looks the river and river walk and the front half faces the city. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Trondheim from here. The building is huge and beautiful. Being centrally located parking is expensive, but there is a garage under the building, but you need to make separate arrangements with the garage attendees. The front desk was able to connect me with them even before I arrived.
The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel was centrally located and the room was well appointed. The room was a bit stuffy because no AC and we could not open the window. They provided a very effective fan . The breakfast buffet was superb.

We were given a disgusting room that had not been washed by by the staff. (Depicted in the photos) Also in mind the current covid-19 situation, these kind of sloppiness isn’t safe for costumers when you find something that can resemblance human liquids on the wall. When we informed the staff about the issues, who had already been snide from the start, we were met with little willingness to cooperate. After not wanting to join us upstairs or see the photos we had taken, the owner immediately comes and shouts at us. He says that we’re not welcome to stay there if we have any comments about how they run their business, so we can leave immediately and find a new hotel in town. Plowing our luggage trough the snow with no help of fetching a cab for us, we eventually find a nice hotell in the same price range with a much more nice approach to our situation. We spend a lot of time of our stay on this, something that should not have been necessary. Steer clear of this hotel, unprofessional and crummy from beginning to end. Don't think these will be running any new hotels in the near future.
Contrary to the information given that the hotel has an indoor pool, it only has a cooperation with the adjacent indoor pool at reduced rates.
This was initially very disappointing, since this was a decisive criterion for booking this hotel at all. But the receptionist straightened it again :-)
THANK YOU again for this.
Cleanliness and the breakfast are EXCELLENT!!!!!
I had a bad back so we decided to spend the last few hours in the hotel room. We stopped at the reception and bought a small bottle of wine with us, then we got a shock, the price of a normal bottle of wine, type 0.375 liter, was no less than NOK 395. The same wine in 0.7 liters costs only NOK 144 at the liquor store. This is simply a scam!!
Our self-guided hotel is affordable, the hotel is in a good location, and the shopping center is nearby. The breakfast is very good and varied. If you want to make a reservation on the weekend, you must book in advance.
Great location, within minutes to St Olaf Square or Sentum, and the Cathedral. There are also a number of supermarkets and eateries nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly, and helped us to book a large taxi for our trip to the airport. The rooms are of an okay size, but the bathrooms are large. The rooms lack a safe, and the electrical points are placed in weird places like the floorboards, but there are many of them. The beds re comfortable and I found them too soft. But the room definitely needs more lights as it is very dark even in the daytime. Also, some of the doors have difficulty locking. In fact, one of the group had to switch rooms to a junior suite as they found their room door unlocked. Breakfast was very good and had wide options e.g. you could have hardboiled or sunny side up eggs with bacon, or the chef can whip up an omelette with ham and mushrooms. There were many choices of cereals, breads, meats and fruits. There was some street noise, also at night, as the tram stop is just outside. They also have automatic shutters, and this can cause some noise as they activate around 7 am. Overall, it is a good hotel in a great location.
Very central location in the city centre and within a five minutes' walk from the train station. Bus stop to everywhere in Trondheim area just around the corner. Restaurants, shops and other services on the spot. Newish building with modern rooms. Single room was small, but comfortable and had a very good layout. Good bed too. Decent price. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserSurprising city. Old and modern are beautifully aligned. Beautiful old streets (Backland) with wooden houses. We have not found it so kept in Norwegian cities (we came through the north of the country, so we don't know the south). It is atmosphere. Beautiful cathedral. To do good at a afternoon. Langer can also be for museums, forts and a park, but we did not. If you wonder who Hjalmar Andersen is: he won three gold medals in 1952, it became three times WK and three times EK. long run skating. He's a beautiful statue in the city.
GGuest UserThe room is moderate, there is a hot water bottle to use, good health, breakfast is very rich, there is also a free coffee, hot tea or snacks, the hotel staff is also very kind, the location is close to the train station, about 5 minutes walk, is a hotel worth considering.
SSUThe hotel room is large, the lobby is fully functional, breakfast starts at 6:30 from Monday to Friday, and breakfast is served at 8:00 on Saturday. We sadly urged to leave the hotel on Saturday, so we did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we could leave the breakfast with a box. . The hotel is in a good location, only a ten minute walk from the train station and not far from the sights. There is a supermarket nearby, McDonald's, Burger King can be a belly.
XXIANGSHUThe hotel is in Trondheim Central Railway Station, next to the bus station, there is a direct bus to the airport, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel's front desk service is superb and the breakfast is superb.
Prijs is zeer betaalbaar.
Central location, 150 meters to the nearest stop for the bus from the airport. The room and bathroom were clean, and the conference facilities were okay. No luxury in the room though, no minibar or fridge. Toilet paper of a thin and rather poor quality. Very good breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available only for pre-booked groups. They had problems serving properly warm food for all guests while we were there, but the meat was quite good, modestly spiced. The house red wine, on the other hand, was served too warm. The blueberry pannacotta with fresh berries which we had for dessert one day was excellent. The reception doubles as a bar, with a limited selection, not a ”feel good” place. To the conference rooms in the basement it is stairs only, otherwise lifts were okay. There are many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.
The average price for hotels in Trondheim is AED 686 on weekdays, and AED 746 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
