I have booked 2 different rooms in this hotel for January 12 th this year, for family, and received confirmation number via e-mail, then I made a call to be sure, that everything is ok with my booking, and received that confirmation from staff. In January 12 th in the morning, I’ m calling the hotel to ask if we can check in a bit earlier and for booking one more room if there’s possibility, as our friends decided to come with us and we were looking options for them. So in that day when we were already on the way to Alpina Resort hotel in Tsakhkadzor, the receptionist told that there’s no any reservation for my name and maybe I have canceled it. I telling that there’s no way, I have a confirmation e-mail, and we are already on the way. Then she asked 20 minites to check everything and call back. After 20 minutes she is not calling, I have called again to know something about it, and she says “we are very sorry but your reservation is canceled, maybe it’s something technical, but you received an e mail with cancellation.” I’m asking, if there’s a way to recover the booking, as I have no choice, I’m comimg with my family, she says no we don’t have rooms now, although I found a way to recover that booking. So when booking this hotel take into account, that you can stay outside and your booked rooms may stay anothers
