The Service was TERRIBLE. The reception guy didn't answer the questions, as chewing gum was more important. The staff from ordinary workers to management lacked basic customer service skills and were not qualified to manage the hotel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The service was terrible. No one from personal have customer service skills The reception was unresponsive and preferred to chew gum instead of assisting the guests. The manager is not able to manage the hotel and was rude with the customers. DO NOT HOPE TO HAVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR BAD SERVICE. The WORST hotel ever I have visited Save your money

This is amazing hotel, clear room, good foods and best staff ever! Hotel for family and for friends! They have special person which will look for your child and big areas for game zone! Open space areas for work and for quite! So it’s the best in this area!💪

We stayed in Russia hotel December 2022 for 2 nights in semi lux room and it was a nightmare as it not possible to sleep during nights and even during day. We paid 120 $ per night and couldnt have any rest this is not fair at all. 1. Till late at night in corridor people gather switch on loud music, singing screaming and all this noise is clearly possible to hear inside of the room so don't expect quiet evenings or nights or to have a small rest even during day in this hotel. 2. Breakfast place waiters are really annoying and disrepectfull at all when I asked one of them to help me to choose a dish and to give a recommendation he started to laugh at me and be very difficult to communicate so finally I had stop communicating with him as his behavior was annoying.

Нет слов, чтобы выразить благодарность всему персоналу. В гостинице Встретили Новый год. Организовали очень приятный вечер. Ведущая и музыканты были на высоте. Угощение очень вкусное. В саду был очень красивый фейерверк. А Дед Мороз и снегурочка порадовали детей. Каждый день аниматор занимается с детьми, а по вечерам музыканты наполняют гостиницу приятной атмосферой. Номера каждый день убирают, в ресторане всегда все чисто, еда вкусная, а персонал очень дружелюбный. В бассейне приятная теплая солевая вода, аж не хочется выходить из воды. Одним словом спасибо за уют, гостиница Россия❤️

Очень уютный и отлично расположенный отель. Номера небольшие но вмещается 2 широкая кровать и 2 кресла в журнальным столиком. Особенную благодарность хотел бы выразить поварам отеля и официантам Артуру и Вануи . Они старались сделать все возможное чтобы наша группа наслаждалась. Простой пример. Вот сегодня на ужине вкусная и очень нежная форель. Я попросил гранатовый соус. Артур извинился и сказал что его нет. Но через 5 минут принес свежевыжатый гранатовый сок.

Отель находится в самом центре Цахкадзора,рядом рестораны ,маленький продуктовый магазин.Персоналу можно поставить пять звёзд!Потеряли деньги в коридоре,они нам вернули через два дня на ресепшене.Мы даже и не надеялись найти,спасибо!Еда в ресторане очень вкусная и из высококачественных продуктов,джермук и вода в стеклянных бутылках в неограниченном количестве,вкусная выпечка,молочные продукты.Ресторану тоже можно поставить все пять звёзд!

В самый последний момент нашли этот отель, не смотря на престиж отеля, остались места, нам очень с этим повезло. Обслуживающий персонал очень квалифицированный, все объяснили и показали. Данное место определенно советую

Дурацкий отель. Не дают спать. Ресепшн не отвичает. Музыка под заказ. Нет кондиционера. Еда хорошая отель дорогой. С детьми с вещями не помогал не кто. Отдых превращалась кашмар нет маладежа. Басеин ванял как мог. Не верте того что написано уточните заранее
