Воздух, солнце, море, юг! Мы хотим здесь отдохнуть! Долго, долго выбирали "Серый гусь" мы отыскались И поверьте нам ,друзья Мы приехали не зря Здесь приветливо встречаются, Кофе, чаем угощают. В номерах везде уют ! Здесь, вас, очень, очень ждут!!! А детишком-просто Рай, Сам скорее приезжай!!!! Казань апрель 2023.

Вообще не понравилось . Так ждала поездку , внесла предоплату за сутки , оплачивать остальные дни даже не стала . Приехала с ребёнком 4 года в 20.00 дверь никто не открывает , позвонила на телефон берет трубку кашляющая женщина , я говорю нам никто не открывает она мне говорит, так потому что позвонить надо … открывает , заселяет и уходит куда то , видимо спать .. на ресепшене никого нет , нам ничего не показали ни рассказали , мы голодные с дороги , в отеле кафе ничего такого нет , только махнули рукой кухня вон там . В отеле очень приторный запах, как благовония, но от них ужасно разболелась голова , я считаю что в отеле должно пахнуть нейтрально ) Номера нормальные , но территория «подушатанная» выходишь с отеля за углом стоят огромные баки с мусором вид так себе ) сложно назвать это отелем , больше гостевой дом , за те же деньги нашла намного лучше !
