Chimikepp Hotel

It was worth the long journey from Ibaraki Prefecture. I had booked it for the summer of 2020, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and finally my wish came true. The car navigation system was out of whack? My smartphone wasn't working, and I was driving anxiously in the rain, meeting deer and squirrels on the gravel road in the dense forest, so I was especially happy when I arrived. The quiet environment in the primeval forest is special. The building looks old, but it is clean and polished, and the furnishings are calm, with cushions with floral embroidery casually placed, creating a gentle and comfortable space. Above all, the quality of the food is high. The flavors of the ingredients are clear, and the various ingredients are complemented. The beautiful presentation and the dishes that change depending on the dish are also wonderful. I was impressed that the main dish of Mangalica pork was roasted to lock in the flavor, rather than the low-temperature roast that is popular these days. The bread is very delicious. I was able to enjoy a variety of wines by the glass, and had an unparalleled time of bliss. The baked goods were delicious, so I asked them to send the Basque cheesecake and quiche frozen to my house. Since the delivery office is far away, I said I could send them when I was there, but they packed them carefully and sent them the same day. I would definitely like to visit again next year.

I learned about the Chimikeppu Hotel from a magazine 32 years ago... A photograph in an article... Through the window, through the trees, the ripples on the surface of the lake glittered... In the morning, I woke up. When I was there… how wonderful it would be if I could see this scene~♪…In an instant, my heart was LOCKON (〃*〃) Other people have told me about the hotel's specifications and the surrounding environment… (Enjoy reading ^^) … Even though I live in Hokkaido, this hotel I've longed for is a little far away... I think it's a lofty flower for me... I think so, but I can't throw away the bookshelves once in a while. I was dreaming as I turned the pages of this book. Finally, I got a smart phone, and I was able to use it a little. ^*) Then I found information about the hotel and word of mouth... I was worried all night, and at dawn... I made a reservation on the hotel's website (゜ ゜; ノ) ノ It was a strange feeling... God forgives me. I wonder if it was...? *) ゞ Now that my dream of wanting to go there once before I die has come true, it's going to become a new dream of wanting to go again someday ^^; I hope that you will continue to be in good health from now on.The longed-for Chimikeppu Lake Hotel♪I feel like I finally met my lover...I want to meet you again...If it does come true, that day will be sunny.
