Even if you specify that you will be using the parking lot when you make a reservation, it is not guaranteed, and you will be guided to a nearby paid parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis (400 yen per day at your own expense). The areas with cones are reserved for those who have already checked in for temporary use. It depends on the time of year, but if you plan to check in later, you should basically expect to use the paid parking lot at your own expense.
